Where do I start? Firs Farm is in a wonderful location with glorious views and you are met by the lovely Sarah who really should open up a cake shop! From the choice of 3 cakes on arrival via the best flapjack ever tasted to an exceptionally delicious breakfast. I could not fault this place - immaculate, relaxing décor with...

A delightful place to stay. I was meeting friends for a walking weekend and booked in here and I could not have found better. The friendliest welcome, excellent breakfast, gorgeous internal decor, stunning view. Perfect. Even the thoughtfully prepared packed lunch was spot on. To arrive somewhere beautiful and be made to feel so comfortable whilst being served a pot...

My wife and I stayed here during a Yorkshire jolly - taking in lots of activities in a number of locations. I had stayed here before - the night before our wedding reception at nearby Swinton Castle so I thought it would be nice to bring my wife this time. Sarah was as welcoming as ever and couldn't do enough...

Stayed here for a 2 night break with my son. Lovely location, Great host, Excellent Breakfast. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the area, and Richard was very informative about the history of the farm. Overall, nothing was too much trouble. and will definately recommend and hopefully visit again sometime.

Returned again for the third time! In need of a complete switch off, there is no place quite like Firs Farm B&B. Beautiful walks with amazing views. As ever looked after incredibly well and nothing too much trouble. Sarah, Richard and daughter Emma are fab hosts!

Stayed here as an overnight on the 6 Dales Trail, and it was truly perfect. It was a wrench to have to leave the comfy bed, delicious food and cosy log-fire heated sitting room behind to do the next day's walk! Such a restful place and we were made to feel so welcome, already looking at other walks that might...

Such lovely soft comfy beds, bedding and towels, quick hot showers, and lots of attention to detail - freshly picked sweet peas in the rooms, home made flapjack on the hospitality tray and a jug of fresh milk. The views are amazing, and so are the hosts - nothing is too much trouble. Can't recommend this too much!

We booked Firs Farm with Sarah and Richard as we were attending our niece's wedding in Masham. As soon as we arrived we were met with the warmest welcome, which happened to include much -needed tea and cakes! My wife and I stayed in a gorgeous double with en-suite whilst our girls had an equally gorgeous twin-bedded room next door,...

A wonderful little 'bolt hole'. We stayed for the weekend and had a very warm welcome from Sarah. The home made cakes were delicious. The view from the room was delightful and it is situated in a beautiful little village just out of Masham. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Richard and I are really pleased you enjoyed your stay in Yorkshire, especially seeing the lambing etc. Thankfully one ewe managed to lamb at a sensible hour!!! We have 19 pet lambs and only one ewe left to lamb......hurray!! Hopefully see you again one day. Best wishes Sarah
