We loved the Swedish Country Inn! Its such a unique place with the Swedish culture expressed throughout! It’s a quaint place to stay with a very comfortable feel to it! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the breakfast was delicious.
I brought my students to Lindsborg to attend a conference at the college. We were looking for an affordable place and never expected such a great place for the price! Folksy bed and breakfast feel. Heavy hand made furniture, vintage room decor all was super...More
This hotel was very interesting, and it looks like that you're staying at grandma's house or like in the house of the three bears. I loved the breakfast, they served it in a nice way, and they served waffles and cereal, with coffee or orange...More
We purposefully picked this location for its historic value to the community. We were traveling through to another Kansas city. While the venue has charm, it is old and run down. The shower didn't work properly, the large towel rack fell off the wall (it...More
I was in town for my stepbrother's wedding and was so excited to be there. Upon arrival, the front desk worker greeted me and I checked in. The check in system was in a book, not on a computer, which made me think this place...More

There is no elevator. The ground floor has 5 or 6 rooms, which have 2 double beds or a single bed (queen I think, small room). The former are larger rooms and about $90. There are more rooms upstairs, ranging from rooms with 2 doubles, queens, updated queens (bathrooms are updated), and a larger room with a small sitting area with a 4-poster bed (queen)--used to be the honeymoon suite. I think the latter is about $135. There are two rooms with a queen that are larger with a sitting area, and I believe those are more expensive. I stayed on the ground floor in a room with two doubles, and it was perfectly fine. The woman (owner, I think) who answers the phone in the daytime on weekdays was very helpful in giving me all the details of the various rooms for our group of 10. Some were downstairs and some were upstairs. For some reason, the downstairs rooms are cheaper but not sure why. It is a charming place.
