We stay here every time we go through Pratt. It is a great place with a great restaurant right next door. Pet friendly and reasonable rates, right on the highway going through town but on the edge so to not have traffic.

Economical and home town friendly. It appears to be owned and operated by a local couple. My room was better than expected for an older unit in a small town. The friendly way I was treated cannot be beat.

We have been looking for a place to stop every time we migrate from north to south - we have found it. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We like outside entrances, and this motel is perfect for our needs. We travel with a couple spoiled house cats, and evergreen is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is an... More

Stayed at this motel many times over the years and always a good memory when leaving. While this is an older motel, it is kept in immaculate condition and has always had great housekeepers on duty. Since I am only there when I am working on the road, I love that I can park right outside my room. I am... More

We stayed in the RV portion of this cute motel. The grounds were lovely with big trees, a pool, and a real train car that can be your room for the night. There are no RV facilities but there is a restaurant on site. They do provide full hookups. We would happily stay here again.

Great spot, we stop here every year. Nice pool, nice landscaping, comfortable room with windows you can open, convenient location on Highway 54. Dogs allowed, RV park behind the motel. AND a great Train Caboose you can overnight in! 1 double 1 twin.

Very clean, and very vintage, 50's style. I stayed here while visiting a friend. It was obvious the housekeepers take their job seriously. The lady at the front desk, I assume to be the manager, was very courteous. It's no Holiday Inn, or Mariott so if you're looking for that, try elsewhere. The Evergreen's just a little roadside inn and... More

Built in the 50s, solid, no neighbor-noise, tho you can hear the traffic out front. Furniture is dated, which is fine, but also pretty beat up. Rooms are spare but sufficient, with fridge & micro, little couch, rickety table & desk. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is old-fashioned tile, tub is actually deep (tho not all rooms have them), shower is... Stayed for a night while traveling cross country. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the old fashion bathroom and large tub. It was a pleasant stay and I would stop here again. No coffee maker in the room but they had coffee in the office There was also a laundry room and a nice outdoor pool.
