The pool never fails to please: you can bob like a cork for hours - make sure you keep well-hydrated! The buffet breakfast was not great. The eggs had an odd flavor (maybe powdered?). The coffee pot they left on the table held only about 2 1/2 cups, and they never came to ask about refills. The pancake had a...

Thank you for you comments, and the great comments on our pool. We had heard a few complaints about our breakfast buffet on the morning you ate at our restaurant, as one of our cooks decided to add a small amount of garlic to the scrambled eggs for the first time. The cooks were kindly asked to never do that...

Manitou Beach is a hidden gem! This was our 10th year for our girls trip and we have been as far east as Toronto, as far west as Tofino and as far south as San Francisco. Manitou Beach was right up there with the rest. Our hotel was not as grand as some hotels but was well suited for the...

I don't mind driving from a 7-hour trip just to visit this place , but a bad treatment to us by a staff at restaurant ( buffet breakfast) is not worth visiting. That guy who treated us descriminatingly and rudely doesn't have customer service manners and training. Somehow the other servers were very accommodating and approachable. The people in the...

Thank you for taking the time to write down your comments. I am very glad to hear that you enjoyed most of our Resort, and I am sorry you did not have a good experience while waiting to be seated for our breakfast buffet. I was approached by my dining room manager on this issue, even before I received your...

My wife spend 2 wonderful days here. Everything was great and I would have given them 5 stars except when we got to the spa only 2 of the treatment's advertised were actually available. Since this was our primary reason for booking our stay this was somewhat disappointing. They should have informed us of this before hand and we could...

Stayed at this resort because of the mineral spa. The price was reasonable because it included a great breakfast buffet and since I went with two friends it was a reasonable four night getaway! The room was clean and had a fridge but since it is an old hotel you could hear noise late at night above us. We had...

Great experience. Staff were excellent. We recommend this resort Hats off to the manager James. We enjoyed the mineral pool and the massages were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the melt in your mouth Prime Rib is a must try. Over all our stay was fantastic.

This was an interesting little place. We booked on line and drove east from Drumheller looking for big splashy signs, of which there weren't any. Just pass the community of Wattrus Saskatchewan we found a sign saying Manitou Springs Resort . A short drive down the hill and to the right stands this very uninviting motel. At first impressions it...

I recently had a few days of meetings at Manitou Springs. My favourite part was the mineral spring swimming pool. It was so relaxing to soak in the warm waters and chat. The hotel room was simple, but more than adequate. Hotel, spa and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating. I can't wait to return for a visit with...

I have to say the beds are super comfy and the breakfast was great too. One of the front desk staff needs training in attitude. James, our waiter at the Waterside Restaurant was just attentive and accommodating. We stayed for one night enjoying the pool in the evening. Even though the lake is flooded over, he hotel was a great...
