This is a very nice campground with vey large sites. Not door to door like other campgrounds. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Location on Nolin Lake is good. There is only water and electric (30 & 50 amp). No sewer hook ups or cable. You can get good reception of local stations. The cell service is not reliable...

Nice clean campground near Mammoth Cave. water and electric hookups. Bathrooms are nice and spotless. Lake is large and great for water sports. This location also is good if you are visiting Bowling Green Corvette Museum and Factory tour.

We loved this spacious and quiet state park. The trip in and out is long but very scenic. Take your time and enjoy the mammoth or diamond caves. This is a dry county so stop and get your beverages before you settle in!! Take your time and head for the local hangouts!

We chose this campground when planning a trip to Mammoth Caves. It is about 45 minutes away. This is a clean, small, quiet little campground. Several sites have the lake behind them and a little trail to get to it. Tried fishing, but only had our bait stolen by the little fishies. There is a little beach area that was...

If you are looking for a campground to visit Mammoth, Nolin Lake State Park is a good choice, but not in the middle of July. There are sites right on the edge of the lake, but many are not. Camp sites are large with nice pea-gravel pads. The bathouse is clean and decent, but no air conditioner or even an...

I booked a handicap accessible site not realizing that they require tents set up on the concrete pad. Other sites had gravel pads which are nice if you have a camper, but not nice for tents. Who wants to sleep on gravel? Fortunately, the attendant was nice and realized that a tent could not be staked into concrete so he...

There's a lot of separation between each campsite. This campground is really clean and very wooded. There's really not a bad spot in the entire campground considering there are only thirty two spaces. Within 15-20 minutes of Mammoth Cave.

We stayed in site 21, and I think it was the best site there. Perfect if you LOVE sunsets. The water on the lake was crazy low when we were there, but kind of neat to see it like that. The park is very small (45? Site total), so somewhat quiet, depending on neighbors. We took our dogs and they...
