Gary is such a great host! We loved hearing the stories about the house and just chatting with him. he makes delicious breakfasts. We had a unique breakfast each day that was more than we could finish. The Yorktown Room was big and comfortable. We visited in January - so we weren't there for the lake. We went antique (junk)...

Had a great stay at the Futrell House in October (I'm late on my review...sorry!). The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean...and it's located just a short walk to the heart of Cadiz. Gary (I think that was the owner's name!?) was immensely friendly and helpful, and even offered to actually DO our laundry after we asked where a laundromat...

Gary was a very friendly and welcoming inn keeper. Tired and ready for a relaxing place, the Futrell House filled that need. The room we stayed in had a tempur pedic bed just like home, so that was a wonderful thing! Gary's breakfast was wonderful, the fruit filled, fresh from scratch donut was delightful, the eggs were tasty with a...

The Futrell house has been lovingly restored and it shows. This place is gorgeous! Inn keeper Gary can fill you in on the history of the house, the area and the local eateries, and is also a fantastic cook, who takes pride in making sure his guests eat their fill. We stayed in the Garden Room and the 200 year...

The opportunity to get away from the kids for a night at a bed and breakfast is something my wife and I have wanted to do for sometime. Last week, we got the chance, I searched tripadvisor for B and B's in the area and the Futrell House popped up with great reviews and beautiful pictures. We booked the room,...

This was the first time we had ever stayed at a B&B. Everything was perfect! Our room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. Gary, the owner, was so nice to talk to as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever visit Cadiz.

We went for a long weekend get-away to Land Between the Lakes and loved staying at Futrell House, a beautiful historical home in Cadiz, Ky. that has been lovingly converted to a B&B. Our room was cozy and private, the breakfasts excellent, and our host Gary a pleasure to talk to. I especially enjoyed rocking on the big front porch...
