Beautiful lodge inside and out, just remote enough that you feel apart from civilization yet close enough to Natural Bridge State Park and to the Red River Gorge geologic area (part of Daniel Boone National Park). We stayed in Room 204 on the second floor, and the wrap around porch is a definite win. There was no one else staying...

We had a very nice and pleasant stay. The CliffView Lodge met all our expectations. We had a great experience. There is nothing I can complain about (which is rare, unfortunately we are bit hard to impress). We would like to come back some time in future

Let's be clear. This resort is rural. If you follow Google maps though it gets you right to the door. Let's be clear. You are 15-20 minutes from everything. But think about that....you are 15-20 minutes AWAY FROM everything. All of the fun stuff to do is far enough way so that you won't get caught in any crowds to...

Excellent stay at Cliffview Lodge.... my favorite part was the sweet and friendly managers on the property...and the feel of just being "down home" even though we were atop a mountain. We were interested in the possibility of a wedding venue, and they took the time out to show us everything we wanted to see....with just the warmest hospitality. I...

We stayed overnight on a Saturday in February. Participated in a conference during the day Saturday, which was very comfortable. The overnight room was beautiful - I loved the wood paneling rustic feel. There was a good Continental breakfast the next morning. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. Would gladly go back again!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean rooms, great view, cozy atmosphere. Loved the snacks and breakfast. Also the kitchen, games, movies, books were a great addition too. Kind staff that was very accommodating! Loved the area too. Can't wait to go back again and hike more or the Gorge.

We stayed in "The Lodge" of the Cliffview Resort. It's bed-and-breakfasty, yet not. I love that there is a communal kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. It made the place so much more home-like. It's such a cozy, comfortable place. We came during a time when not many people were staying there but the few we met...

Terri and Tony are just fantastic. The lodge itself is very clean and the view is just out of this world. If there is heaven then this place certainly fits the bill. Then Cliffview Lodge is very clean and well kept run by awesome folks. This was just what we needed for our anniversary. A quite, relaxed and a very...

My fiance and I decided to come to Kentucky on a spur of the moment trip and were pleased to find a suite available for that night. (There really aren't many lodging choices in this areas, much less nice, safe and clean!) The lodge is absolutely beautiful, friendly innkeepers, beautiful suite (208). Love the huge double head shower in the...

Lodge was great! Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Views in the area were beautiful. Great getaway for a quiet trip in January. Movies, books and games in the lobby for the whole family.
