My family spent Thanksgiving weekend at one of the resort's 2-bedroom cabins/cottages. It was quiet, cozy, and had an amazing river view. Yes, it was a little dated, but not musty or stuffy. We thought the wood-paneled walls and plaid valance curtains were charming!
The girl at the campground told us we could look for another site as the one we'd choosen online was on a hill. We found a site with sewage hook up. Very nice. We hiked the trails and the colors were brilliant. We didn't see...More
It's a nice campground, the bathhouse was disgusting. Thank God we have our own bathroom. All in all, it wasn't a bad place to go, but when they announced they were turning the water OFF at all of the sites, but would remain open.....
First time going to this park. We stayed in the pet friendly lodge. The room was updated and nice. The only draw back was the beds, there were way too hard and my wife end up sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag.

There is no admission to the State Park. I am not sure what the rental rate for canoes etc is at this time. When I was there it was in the dead of winter. They also have a small but challenging golf course, A miniature golf course is in addition provided and there is some good hiking available. Lastly, I think the restaurant is one of the better ones in the State Park system. You can get online and either find the answer to your question or get a phone number for the park. I liked the place.
