Overall, no complaints. Have stayed here on several occasions, rooms are nice and comfortable, easily accessible. Wi-fi however is horrible. That would be my only complaint. Staff has always been pleasant, rooms are clean, very close to everything you need.

This hotel is modern and a pleasure to stay in. It has a nice breakfast room with a good breakfast offering. These quarters are excellent. It is near the aquatics building and Chinese Bistro. It's right off Wilson Road giving faster driving to post activities.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while training at Fort Knox. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and was pleased to see a refrigerator with microwave and coffee maker. The rooms were clean upon arrival. The breakfast always included eggs, meat, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, juices, coffee, tea...very nice selection. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel provided what was expected, a place to stay while doing business on base at fort knox. The options for places to stay on or near base are fairly limited. The check in system was slow, the room was not as clean as we would have liked, and the breakfast was as you would expect at this type of... More

It has to be the best place I have stayed on a base. I have been all over the country. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, totally clean from top to bottom, great service across the board. Food was fantastic and the ability to buy and microwave a snack was perfect and really on time for what we needed after a 2 AM... More

Booked two rooms to accommodate the size of our group. Rooms were spacious and clean. There isn't housekeeping over weekends without prior arrangement, so we got extra towels and stuff Friday. The breakfast was excellent, but busy everyday we were there. The staff had a difficult time keeping up with the rate the food was consumed. Kids had a good... More

The receptionists/front desk staff is either great or horrible. All too often reservations are cancelled or changed without notice!? Most folks there really care and the location is better than the New Garden. It's smaller, so it's also quieter. There a pool and fitness center next door as well as an Asian restaurant. Just down the road, on post is... More

1st day- receptionist, Michelle, was wonderful! Then the rest of the stay was aggravating. Air conditioning was freezing. Control was not working, & this floor had just opened 2 weeks prior. Took 40 minutes to get someone up & he turned it off. By the next evening we noticed it was getting warm, but not too uncomfortable. That next morning... More

We are traveling with pets and this place is set up to support that. The Beds are boxed in at the box spring so cats (which we have) cannot claw out the bottom of the bed and hide up inside. They also have a pet entrance so dogs can go outside without having to go through the lobby. The room... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Reservation was smooth and the staff were friendly. “There aren't any adjoining rooms which would be nice for families. Pet floor is the first floor, sometimes a little smelly. I really like the pet entrance and exit to avoid the front desk and those possible scared of dogs. The Puppy bags outside is nice because you never know when Fido will decide its time to go and its the one time you left the bags in the room. Single bed rooms seem to have more space.”
