We only stayed one night in the Boyer room but were happy with the welcome we received, our room and the breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately we didn't run into any ghosts but we'd definitely stay here again.

I'm not sure what you mean by "double room" . I'm not the proprietor and we did not see every room in the house. It is a B&B. To my recollection, our room had 1 standard bed (queen, I believe), and it did have a private bath... More

Yes, we stayed in a room with a comfy queen bed and a private bath. In fact, I believe all the guest rooms have private baths, but I'm not sure of the size of the beds in all the rooms.
