Old, musky, hotel that should be torn down. Never again. The air condition barely blows warm air. The linens are old, hot and scratchy. The spider web check in window was the first sign that we should've got in our car and left. Just nasty.
The room was horrible dirty and there was bugs in the picture frame air conditionerdid not work. And they didnt get it fixed or try to move us rooms or nothin. I was not happy and they did nothing to make us .
First of all it looks adbanded rooms are dark ac takes forever to function give 2 small thin towels 1 washcloth for 2 people lights dim outlets barely work they knock on rooms don’t state who they are and then open the door this is disgusting place to stay it needs to be closed tore down or totally redone the area around it has closed down except for 3 places
I stayed here Friday & check out tomorrow Tuesday Aug 2, 2022, our microwave didn’t work, our feet was black from the nasty floors, dirty towel behind bathroom door, it should be false advertisement for the pool that’s advertised open 10Am to 10Pm that’s a lie it has been open one afternoon said will open at 5 then it was 6:20 when opened an ran us out at 8:15 said closing the pool. We went out today 6pm to use the pool it’s locked so I called an the manger was walking by, he said no not opening the pool an I said well y’all need to refund part of the money for the stay then because from all that has been wrong & then can’t use the pool. This manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered!! He said leave now an I said no I’m not until the money is refunded, he said he wants my key an I refused until money is refunded and he said leave in the morning an don’t come back. This is the nastiest hotel inside out, flooring outside by the door smells like pee & soured beer along with drug dealers & addicts hanging outside. If you can afford to go somewhere else by all means I recommend you do so because you’ll definitely regret paying even $10.00 for a night in this dump.…
This was the worst stay I have EVER HAD. The room was filthy as shown in the pictures. Floors were filthy. Lamp was not working phone buttons did not dial. Bugs in the sink and hair all over the towels and bed. I was disgusted and the manager was rude when I made him aware of the condition of the room he accused my fiancé and I of making all this filth on purpose after blaming the lack of or bad housekeeping helpers. He made statements that were racial “you people cause trouble and aggravating me” instead of taking ownership for an obviously unacceptable room. I was itching all the way home. Could not take a bath due to hair filled linens (blonde and short black hair). It is obvious this room had NOT BEEN CLEANED… he did not refund nor credit for the inconvenience nor did he offer a alternative room that included the accommodations we requested. The managers name was nimesh patel…. He is rude and racist and would not give me his superiors information. Wyndham is not aware of how they are treating their customers that find them on Wyndham website. I was told that I didn’t need to reserve on the website and when I contacted Wyndham to complain they could not find my stay. They are crooks.…
It is all a mess. It starts with the misrepresentation of the location in the photos on the Wyndham website. Clearly photoshop was used. Cracked pavement, weathered paint, and somewhat abandoned property look was what we drove up to. My husband checked in with little interaction from the front desk person. The reception area was dated and dingy. The room we were given was clearly out dated. Attempts were made to "upgrade" in that the sink area appeared new however nothing else was. The 1970's color scheme is hard to work with. All the linens and bedding were dingy and the carpet felt slick. The air was not on in the room so we turned it on and left. We returned two hours later and the temperature continued to fluctuate and the anemic bursts of cool air did little to make it comfortable. We were right next to the vending/ice machine area that was empty with a old printed sign telling us to go around back to get ice. The vending and ice were in a different building. We did our best to cool the room down and get our child to sleep but struggled to do so as she continued to profess that "It is still daytime" because it was light outside. It was not, in fact, still light however the industrial sized spotlight aimed at our room made it impossible to sleep despite the curtains. A late check in arrival from a heard of elephants that were given a room above us made the night even more challenging. We left the room as early as soon as we had our daughter ready. Our check-out included a worker walking past our vehicle as we finished loading it asking if we were checking out and taking the room key. Overall one of the worst places we have stayed in recently. By far the WORST Wyndham properties we have been at ever. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. I feel that we paid more money than it was worth. …
Do not I repeat do not stay here!!!!!! This place was absolutely disgusting. I am far from the high class type but this place takes the cake. This is literally the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. However, if you like listening to people argue about drugs all night and the filthiest room you could imagine…..then this is the place for you!
Turned in our key card at check out, went in grabbed a few muffins, “complimentary breakfast”, but was told by front desk that we were no longer a guest and was told to return the muffins to the breakfast bar! Oh and couldn’t find my reservation under the confirmation number. Although my sister paid for the room, the reservation was under my name/email. The screen shot of confirmation number didn’t secure the room.
Don’t be fooled by the quaint pictures… the area this is, is nice but this hotel was a mess. We pulled in, examined the area and clients that were meandering outside then proceeded to cancel our reservation. This place is dingy, dark, the pool in located in the center of the property, that seems to be the only nice aspect, that’s if you can get past the “guests” lingering over the rails watching you. Days inn, clean yourself up!!!
This place is just scary. Unless the street is your only other option, stay away. Front desk employees were nice enough, but we stayed for 5 minutes and have an overwhelming feeling that we’d either be robbed or bring home bed bugs
