Hotel's Favourite
This was our first time staying with the Home 2 Suites brand, and we may never stay at another hotel by choice again! The room was immaculately clean, complete with kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, kitchen sink, apartment size fridge/freezer [way bigger than a mini-fridge]), and a curtain that could be drawn to mostly separate the sofa area from the 2 queen beds (fully drawn it leaves a 3 foot space away from the beds for you to walk through). There was a set of sturdy glass cups, plates, mugs, silverware, and assorted cooking utensils in the kitchenette. Extra trash can under the sink that was actually a good size compared to the tiny ones in most hotels. Plenty of clean towels stocked in the bathroom. Plenty of nice, hot water. Hot breakfast served daily with employees constantly cooking and restocking right behind the breakfast counter. Different offerings each day, but always had muffins, toast, grits or oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal, coffee,milk, juice, and yogurt. What changed each day were the hot items - one day there were cheese omelets and southwest breakfast bowls (spicy sausage, eggs, peppers, and another day there were english muffin sausage sandwiches. Very close to the Ark Encounter attraction and only an hour to the Creation Museum. As other reviewers have already noted, there are lots of great food options within the very parking lot area. We will definitely be staying at Home2’s in the future. The room was very spacious and clean. There was more counter space than any hotel we’ve stayed in, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and big sink. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well.

Excellent customer service, amenities, cleanliness and room size. We were very impressed with our first experience with Home 2 Suites. I appreciated the kitchenette area with a decent size fridge and actual china plates and real glassware and cutlery. The beds and bedding including the pillows were very comfortable. The size of the bathroom and its shower were surprisingly large. We also loved the Dove products that were in refillable containers. This is the sign of great ecological planning. Although we only stayed one night on our drive down to Florida I would definitely stay at Home 2 in the future and even for an extended period. Your concept of a "Home away from home" is perfect.This hotel was the best bargain at $88 dollars with coupon and I got points too. Well done Hilton!…

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for one night on our road trip to Florida. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, there was a fire pit outside that wasn't working properly, but my husband got it going. Quite a few restaurants within a very short walk.

Charged for smoking in room because of empty cigarettes in trash can. $250 charge when we went up and down elevator and hallway many times during 4 night stay to smoke outside, as they could see on cameras if they cared about getting it right. Manager only wanted to argue that he was right because of “evidence” in the trash can.

I'm sorry that you felt lied to. I understand your view of the situatuion, however I did explain to you our point of view. When our housekeeping team entered the room it smelled of smoke. Upon further inspection they discovered cigarette butts in the room. These two facctors led us to charge you smoking fee. Thanks for your feedback.

You can't visit a more friendly hotel anywhere. The staff was wonderful and the room was great. A three- headed shower spa was so wonderful. The room was spacious and my daughter had her own little space to relax. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help however necessary

We checked out of the country inn and suites early because it was so run down. Home 2 is amazing, a better value, immaculately clean, and has a fantastic complementary breakfast. We will stay here again. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We arrived at hotel around 6 p.m. day before we were going to the Ark Museum. We were stunned to hear that the hotel was sold out and they didn't have a king nonsmoking room for us after having made the reservation online several weeks ago. BUT, they were very apologetic and did have a double queen nonsmoking room for us. They were very accommodating with adjusting the price to an agreeable amount. Turns out there was a tour bus at the location. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was okay. Seating the first day was okay as the tour group had left, but seating the second day was a little tricky. The fresh fruit wasn't the freshest. The best thing to eat were the waffles and they had a couple waffle makers so it was fairly easy to get to the waffles. The rooms were very clean. We even got room service the 2nd day without asking. Everyone here was very friendly. This was our first time in a Home2 Suites. Pretty nice set up if you need this for a long-term stay. There were a couple restaurants within walking distance which was nice. There is a Cracker Barrell next door and also a Chick Fil A within walking distance. The hotel is right next to the interstate so driving to the Ark was very convenient. Took us about 30 minutes.…
