Upon check in at 4pm for a 4 day stay, went up to the King room we reserved and experienced a horrible smell. Contacted the front desk and she came up and verified the smell. I was told she would work on finding another King room, so we went to lunch. Upon return an hour later, no one was at the front desk and had to wait 15 minutes for their return. I was told she was having a problem with finding a room with a King bed as they were completely booked. She was waiting for a call from her manager and would get back with me. "3 hours" later, still no contact, I went down and asked what the issue was. She was still waiting for a call back from her manager, but finally gave us a 2 queen bed, room (no King rooms available). On day 3, I requested housekeeping in the morning and was assured it would be completed by the afternoon. No housekeeping showed up the entire 4 days we were there. I had to physically go down and get clean towels, coffee, cups and Kleenex. I have never experienced such disregard for requests at a hotel. Plus, I never saw any housekeeping staff during our stay.

During the breakfast provided, the coffee machine in the dining area was out of order, and was never working the entire 4 days of our stay. Very disappointed in this entire experience.

I do apologize for the smell of unpleasant odor that you experienced in your room. Our housekeeping staff is held to a very high standard and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. We apologize for the lack of housekeeping service at that time. Allow me to forward your concerns to our management team so they can discuss this at one next meeting. The front desk lady was so nice the bed was so comfortable The rooms are very clean Jessica was amazing. I will go here every time I come. The receptionist was stunning. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and fresh customer service was on point. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME:)

Friendly staff and clean room and nice pool. We will be back. Only negative is it’s close to busy road so you hear all the traffic. Our breakfast was very good. The tv was great. We brought our dog and they were friendly with him too. We’ve stayed several times

This is a brand new hotel which never should have opened until it had towel hooks & ventilation in the bathroom; luggage rack, channel guide, guide to operate the weird remote control, ironing board, “do not disturb” sign in the room; ice machines in the building. We stayed multiple nights & our room wasn’t cleaned nor were we given clean towels. The hallways weren’t cleaned the entire time we were there. The walls are paper thin… never heard such noises through any walls ever!

Breakfast was served from 6-9. We arrived the first morning at 8:30 & there was no regular waffle mix available. The breakfast server said she WOULD NOT make any because it took too long. Not my idea of customer service. We went next door to the Waffle House.

We do not recommend this facility at all.

Upon arriving our room smelled like someone had a fish fry, we notify the management and they tell us they’re sold out which is a lie because the parking lot was never filled up. After our first day they take our towels and do not replace soaps, they give you two tiny little soaps that last one shower use. So day two no more soap no more towels, the place is built like a tin can and you can hear every little noise in the rooms around and above you. Stay clear and spend the extra money on a nicer place.

This hotel is new but, unclean and management did not help in any way. We arrived late and tired. We were glad to get a room but when we got to our room it was not cleaned well. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the surfaces of the sink still had soap scum where the soap was placed. The desk had a sticky residue. The sheets appeared to be clean so we decided to mention the issue to management. The manager would not come out to see us. The reception desk was told to take our information. No response two days later so I called. The manager spoke with me, apologized and said she would compensate us by refunding the room cost. Nothing was done. The breakfast was terrible. The biscuit so hard I could not get a fork of knife through it. The The people at the reception desk were friendly but, that is all I can say.

I stayed at this lovely hotel the first night they were open for business. I have not had better customer service than I received there. They were all so friendly and helpful. The luggage carts had not been delivered . This could have been a point of frustration consider I was traveling with 2 toddlers. Instead my bags were taken to my room by the owner/managers! (And brought back down to my car when we left three days later!)
They were attentive to our needs even arrangements to use a “sister” pool when the pool heater was not up and running due to a delay in shipping.
The hot breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs Waffles, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Fruit and Danish ! So good! There was even hot tea in the dining area available all day.
The beds were so very comfortable.
I would definitely book here again when we are back in the area.

Travel a lot for business but this time it was a get away for me and my husband. Great new hotel. Facilities are beautiful, clean, and new. Lots of wow factor but let’s be real. The most important thing is your room and bed! The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are fabulous. Great sheets, great pillows and fabulous comforter. Slept like a baby! All great accommodations but to top it off you have great service. Yes, they are short staffed (who isn’t post Covid) but the staff they have is wonderful. They go the extra mile. Christy in the breakfast area made sure everyone had what they needed and before something was gone, she replenished. Chris and Chanda at the front desk were very hospitable but the star was Ashley who went over and above, making sure all her guests were comfortable. If you are visiting any of the attractions in northern Kentucky, this would be a great place to call home.

We checked in for a 5 night stay, Walked down the hall and a bread clip was on the floor that remained there 3 days . Entered the room, no liners in trash cans or ice bucket. No shampoo , conditioner, facial tissue or extra roll of toilet paper. Front desk gave us some shampoo, facial tissue and ice bucket liners because housekeeping was gone. Day 2 we returned and noticed that trash had not been emptied or fresh towels given. Morning of day 3, asked at the front desk why neither of these things were done. We were told that these things were only done ONCE a WEEK and had been done on the previous Monday. The microwave glass was totally opaque which could cause a leak of microwaves. Night of day 3 , ran out of toilet paper so had to use the facial tissue. Day 4 noticed a housekeeper cart and found a roll of paper, no use asking the housekeeper because they don't speak English. We cancelled our reservation for day 5 and checked out but couldn't get a printed copy of our bill because the printer wasn't working. The bananas at breakfast were brown , the apples and oranges had started to dry and wrinkle and the food was cold. Might be OK for a 1 night stay but very unsatisfactory for more than 1 night.

Two cockroaches in the room upon arrival. We did not stay. It took three phone calls and over 48 hours to have the charge removed from our credit card. Not able to post to the hotel review site since we didn't stay. Would not recommend this property.
