Friendly staff and clean room and nice pool. We will be back. Only negative is it’s close to busy road so you hear all the traffic. Our breakfast was very good. The tv was great. We brought our dog and they were friendly with him too. We’ve stayed several times

Travel a lot for business but this time it was a get away for me and my husband. Great new hotel. Facilities are beautiful, clean, and new. Lots of wow factor but let’s be real. The most important thing is your room and bed! The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are fabulous. Great sheets, great pillows and fabulous comforter. Slept like a baby! All great accommodations but to top it off you have great service. Yes, they are short staffed (who isn’t post Covid) but the staff they have is wonderful. They go the extra mile. Christy in the breakfast area made sure everyone had what they needed and before something was gone, she replenished. Chris and Chanda at the front desk were very hospitable but the star was Ashley who went over and above, making sure all her guests were comfortable. If you are visiting any of the attractions in northern Kentucky, this would be a great place to call home.…

What a great place to stay, very affordable, from the moment I walked through the door until I left the staff was courteous, professional and when I had any question it was answered right away. Room was excellent, clean, all amenities worked as should. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or vacation!

Most importantly, hotel was overall very clean. Smelled fresh & clean as soon as we walked into the lobby. There isn't one thing I could comment negatively about in regards to the room itself. Breakfast area was neat and clean. Food was acceptable. The young ladies at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our first night there I had an experience with the front desk people, both 3-11 and 11-7 that you couldn’t make up. It’s definitely the things that causes nightmares. My wife thought she was requesting a handicapped room when she requested a walk in shower, however that wasn’t the case. The room had the shower but the bed was very high and she couldn’t get on it. Also the room was at the END of the hallway on the second floor. I went to the front desk to ask for some type of stool, steps, whatever to help her get on the bed and was told that they had nothing. As I stood at the front desk I began looking around and saw the luggage cart that I had used earlier and said that should help. I was told by the 3-11 person, who had been decent previously but now had the 11-7 person there that I was on camera and the hotel wouldn’t take any responsibility if anything happened to my wife while using it. I informed her that she had to get into bed. I took the luggage cart to the room and it worked. My wife has a service dog and when I took it out for a walk I was told that I needed to bring the cart back, I replied that I would. When I reentered the lobby the 3-11 person spoke to me very disrespectfully demanding that I bring the cart down then. I asked what I was to do if my wife needed the bathroom during the night and had to get back in bed, she told me that I could come back and get it. At this time the 11-7 person really started getting nasty and threatened me that if I didn’t go to my room and go to bed (I nicely informed her that I wasn’t a child and that she needed to learn customer service etiquette) that she was going to call the police and have me removed from the property like she did to the family the night before. I met with both the assistant and general manager the next morning and was assured that something was going to happen about what happened. On Thursday evening about 11PM when I had my wife’s dog out for a walk, the 11-7 person was entering the hotel with another female. As I was walking towards the front door she turned to the other female with her and in a voice loud enough for me to hear said: ‘that’s him’. I also find it very difficult to understand how she can park her car on the solid white lines right outside the front doors putting all the guests and employees at risk if a fire truck had to get close or an ambulance needed to get to a guest. I saw her pull away in the car this morning when I had our dog out for a walk. I only hope that the owner does something to protect his/her business before she turns so many customers away that they don’t have a hotel any longer. On another note, I want you and the owner to know what a honor it was to deal with James and Chris on the front desk. They’re both assets to the hotel, it’s a shame that you can’t get more like these two employees. Thanks for listening to me on Wednesday morning but I thought action was being taken immediately to terminate her. Yes, I was surprised to see her back at the hotel and be subjected to her comments. This hotel is new but, unclean and management did not help in any way. We arrived late and tired. We were glad to get a room but when we got to our room it was not cleaned well. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the surfaces of the sink still had soap scum where the soap was placed. The desk had a sticky residue. The sheets appeared to be clean so we decided to mention the issue to management. The manager would not come out to see us. The reception desk was told to take our information. No response two days later so I called. The manager spoke with me, apologized and said she would compensate us by refunding the room cost. Nothing was done. The breakfast was terrible. The biscuit so hard I could not get a fork of knife through it. The The people at the reception desk were friendly but, that is all I can say.…

Stayed for one night on our drive to Florida. This is a new hotel. Really nice, very clean and staff was great. Would recommend! Lots of places close by to eat as well. The hotel breakfast was also very good! Will stay again!

I stayed at this lovely hotel the first night they were open for business. I have not had better customer service than I received there. They were all so friendly and helpful. The luggage carts had not been delivered . This could have been a point of frustration consider I was traveling with 2 toddlers. Instead my bags were taken to my room by the owner/managers! (And brought back down to my car when we left three days later!) They were attentive to our needs even arrangements to use a “sister” pool when the pool heater was not up and running due to a delay in shipping. The hot breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs Waffles, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Fruit and Danish ! So good! There was even hot tea in the dining area available all day. The beds were so very comfortable. This is a brand new hotel which never should have opened until it had towel hooks & ventilation in the bathroom; luggage rack, channel guide, guide to operate the weird remote control, ironing board, “do not disturb” sign in the room; ice machines in the building. We stayed multiple nights & our room wasn’t cleaned nor were we given clean towels. The hallways weren’t cleaned the entire time we were there. The walls are paper thin… never heard such noises through any walls ever! Breakfast was served from 6-9. We arrived the first morning at 8:30 & there was no regular waffle mix available. The breakfast server said she WOULD NOT make any because it took too long. Not my idea of customer service. We went next door to the Waffle House. We do not recommend this facility at all.…
