Stayed for three nights, suite was wonderful. A couple small things regarding the room, but addressed them at front desk. Very clean hotel, Lysol wipes by door and elevator. Bed was good, a little highway noise but not too bad. Ask for room in front of hotel. Front desk was great! They have a bar open from 5-9 right now and Sharon was great. Enjoyed our adult beverages!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to spend time with friends in Georgetown. The reception staff, Maggie, Hope and others and the housekeeping staff were alway friendly and helpful. We selected our room online, on the top floor away from the highway. It was a quiet room and clean. We only requested housekeeping in our room once on the 3rd day. They did a great job tidying up our room. Lighting in the room was good during the night. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Hot water from the shower was nearly instantaneous. We did notice the right hand sheer curtain was missing, and there was a tear on the fabric of the other sheer drape. Breakfast was very good for a HGI. Ashley, our server was the only server and an amazing one. She "zips" around looking after all the guest. She also remembers our hot breakfast order, tea and coffee after the first morning and regularly going around checking on guests. We would be happy to stay here again.…

This was the family’s first visit to the area and chose this location for a visit to Ark Encounter. I was aware of the pet friendly location but was not aware that that was a chain wide corporate decision. I was told that the front desk tries to track rooms that had pets in them but people sneak them in. The pets in the room was not the problem for use, it was the poor cleaning part on housekeeping. I had the prior guest’s food left in the refrigerator in the room. It was frozen. So much for a clean room. The sheets on both beds appeared soiled and need to be changed. The hotel charges for extra cleaning for pets, how about you clean properly for the previous guests. The furnishings are also a little dated and in need of some upgrades

Signs of black mold on bathroom ceiling. Pillows looked dirty under the case. Bed had worn body Callie’s and mattress needs to be turned. Service at dinner, not good. Front desk staff is great except that the rate I was charged was not what I was told it would be, ($30 higher than stated). I was told nothing could be done to correct it.

When we checked in we found dirty clothes in the closet, no linens for the pull out couch, upholstery on the chairs was filthy and stained. We didn’t have coffee for the coffee maker in the room, no complimentary breakfast, and sketchy transactions in the parking lot.

I stayed on June 22nd for 1 night, Front Desk was very easy to work with and gave me a my room preference (that is a first). Stayed in room 108. Massive Suite room witch is nice. BUT goes down hill from there. 1). TV in Living room missing 2) Heater-A/C in bedroom not working 3) Drain in walk in shower not working 4) No USB ports (entire room needs redone to the 2020's 5) Side door to close parking out of service (note on door) This is far from what a Garden Inn should be, I travel for a living with around 200+ nights a year in a hotel

Hotel was clean for most part. Bed was made poorly, looking like someone had recently slept in it. Not what I expected when I walked into the room. No room service. No indication of lack of room service except for small sticker in corner of mirror in bathroom.

Hotel is in good location being close to restaurants and stores. Could use refresh in some areas but overall great. Staff was great and we took advantage of bar service in evening. Bathroom in our room was on small side and layout could be improved.
