Stayed here during a recent trip into Georgetown for a wedding. The hotel was nice, and convenient. I thought the room was fine. Everything seemed clean, the room was big enough, and we slept fine. The only thing that was average, was the breakfast buffet. We went down about 9/9:30, and I would guess the eggs had been made when they opened at 7. You can order off of a menu, instead of doing the buffet, which we both wished we would have in hind sight. But overall, no big problems with the hotel.

We made this our two night stop. It was just your standard clean hotel. The staff was friendly and the steakhouse next door is very convenient. We did pay extra for the breakfast buffet but due to COVID-19 that was closed, we got a brown bag with water and granola bars instead. That is not cool the steakhouse next door even figured out how to do a salad bar. You guys should figure something out or not charge

We were a group of 12 that booked 7 rooms, two of them handicap accessible. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, accommodating even our group's small requests.
Terri made sure our conference room was perfect. The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Kitchen staff were super. Our waitress was fast and thorough. This place serves wonderful breakfasts.
The handicap room was extremely nice for my wheelchair, it was spacious and clean! The AC worked well, the bathroom was clean, with hot showers.
My husband doesn't normally like hotel beds but he slept well He's a back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper and we both felt like we were sleeping on air. It was by far the best hotel room we've ever had, thanks to that wonderful bed and fresh clean linens. We both wished we could have stayed one more night just to sleep on that bed.
Definitely would recommend staying here. Ya'll should try this place.

We had Scheduled to have a Bridal shower at this location. We booked this event 5 months ahead of time or even sooner. Little did we know the sales director (Rebecca Barber ) or General Manger ( Terri Petty) over sold the meeting space. We were freaking out at this point because we needed time to decorate and get the room ready before guest arrived . Rebecca said we could have the room by 10:30am that morning because that meeting would be over. Well the meeting was not over. We did not get the room till about 11:10am and that gave us 30 minutes to decorate and the room was not even setup correctly. The hotel did not seem concerned at all about ruining our day, they never attempted to help move the tables and chairs around like they should have for us. We were very upset with the poor work ethic. Why would you book another event on top of another one With out contacting us first to make sure the time would work with our even?

This was the family’s first visit to the area and chose this location for a visit to Ark Encounter. I was aware of the pet friendly location but was not aware that that was a chain wide corporate decision. I was told that the front desk tries to track rooms that had pets in them but people sneak them in. The pets in the room was not the problem for use, it was the poor cleaning part on housekeeping. I had the prior guest’s food left in the refrigerator in the room. It was frozen. So much for a clean room. The sheets on both beds appeared soiled and need to be changed. The hotel charges for extra cleaning for pets, how about you clean properly for the previous guests. The furnishings are also a little dated and in need of some upgrades

My colleagues and I stayed here for a recent visit. Upon check in Melissa was friendly and helpful. The layout of the lobby was inviting and furniture was arranged in a comfortable setting. The rooms were generous and quiet. The staff at breakfast, even though a buffet, were gracious and made sure we were well cared for. I will be back on my next visit.

We travel a lot and this place is dated & bland, which we can get over for business. Staff was nice, however room was not worth the price, especially as a Diamond member. The next morning as we were leaving to go to our workshop for the day, we were literally making our plates, and advised breakfast was an additional charge. WHAT?
I explained to the host, we were Diamond members, and it is included. She pulled up our rooms to make sure we were all Diamonds and said no. Inconsistent big time and that's frustrating, for we could have booked across the street at the Hampton and known breakfast was free; which struck us as odd for we just travelled overseas and breakfast, tea, and happy hour were all included. Fine, moved on and just went to Chic-Fil-A.
Now we get our receipts and booked at the Double Point rates, and guess what? Not there. Sent a request to HH for an update.
HH information states Benefire for Hilton Diamond Members:
– Space-available upgrade to a preferred room
– 1,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points per stay
– A complimentary continental breakfast for you and up to one guest registered to the same room each day of your stay
– Executive Floor Lounge Access (available at select properties)
Will just stay in Lexington from now on if needed.

I really tried to find the positives, but couldn't. There is no excuse for the filth and unsanitary practices. Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was by far the worst of all the Hilton I stayed at this summer. Checked in and noticed that the only window in the room was either dirty / frosted over blocking light into the room and the carpets looked like they needed to be cleaned. The cover for the duvet was ripped in multiple places and also had what looked like bodily fluid stains on it. Towels were frayed and found multiple hair blobs in the shower. Spoke to a desk clerk the next morning, and asked to be moved to a different room after explaining the the above. I believe she was the manager, she stated she couldn't move us, but they can replace the comforter/ sheets/ towel and have the room cleaned. I left for the day, and returned late in the evening after work to discover not only were the dirty linen not changed, the room wasn't serviced at all. It was a an inexpensive hotel, that was worse than a motel. Hilton gold members usually get breakfast credit or points, and I got neither. I wouldn't have eaten there after seeing the room. Stay away, the area has so many 3 star hotels, that would be cleaner than this one. Usually, you get a survey from the hotel after check out to review your stay, but I received none.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to spend time with friends in Georgetown. The reception staff, Maggie, Hope and others and the housekeeping staff were alway friendly and helpful.
We selected our room online, on the top floor away from the highway. It was a quiet room and clean. We only requested housekeeping in our room once on the 3rd day. They did a great job tidying up our room.
Lighting in the room was good during the night. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Hot water from the shower was nearly instantaneous.
We did notice the right hand sheer curtain was missing, and there was a tear on the fabric of the other sheer drape.
Breakfast was very good for a HGI. Ashley, our server was the only server and an amazing one. She "zips" around looking after all the guest. She also remembers our hot breakfast order, tea and coffee after the first morning and regularly going around checking on guests.
We would be happy to stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times in Nov and Dec of 2022 for business with pleasant experiences. It's an older hotel but decent for the price and fairly clean. Booked a week stay back in March and again in April for business travel. My companies negotiated rate has breakfast included with the room, but each stay they try to overcharge the breakfast on a day or 2. Wise from the March experience, I pointed it out this last time while checking out. The desk clerk didn't know how to convert the charge so they tried issuing a credit instead. Now late because he took so long, I got my receipt and left only to find that they then double charged the breakfast to give me a credit for only one of them. So, net result was still an overcharge. The time I've wasted on my expense reports and trying to correct the charges does not justify the savings of staying here. I wont be staying here again.
