This hotel is a great place to lay your head. We went to Cattleman's restaurant for dinner and it is next to the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon and all the trimmings. Our hostess for breakfast was so helpful and we will stay here again. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience.

Good property for what we were doing in the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Problem with alarm clock and microwave were quickly "fixed" by the hotel manager. Only problem was taking the time to do the "pre check-in" procedure was a total waste of time.

I was traveling for my consulting business being done at a local automotive manufacturing plant. I have stayed in the city of Georgetown many times, but this was the first time staying at the best Western. I just wanted to give it a try to see the quality of the hotel versus the price. I was pleasantly surprised with my room, and they accommodated all my request. I was particularly impressed with the service of the staff in the breakfast area in the morning because I had to be at my job by 6 AM and the breakfast area does not open until 6 AM. I left the hotel around 5:15 AM the days that I Stayed and the breakfast area was already pretty well-stocked and the hostess made sure that I have something to eat and drink and been over backwards to make me feel like I was the only person in the hotel. Very impressed with her customer service. The room itself was quite clean in the hotel, even though it is a little bit older, was very well-maintained and kept a modern look. I believe they may have been through some recent renovations, but I don’t know that for sure. It could be that the owners or management has just done a very good job of keeping on top of it. I did look in the pool and spa area and it did look very nice and clean as well as the fitness center. My only complaint was the parking spots were a little tight in my opinion. The location is exceptional and on a cul-de-sac style area that is very central to the retail and restaurants in the area. One of my favorites is a restaurant called “Cattlemen”, and literally a one or two minute walk from the hotel lobby. I would definitely stay again. I am a Wyndham diamond member, but the Wyndham hotels in Georgetown are just not up to my stay preferences. I will likely frequent the best western plus in the future when in Georgetown. …

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast was good and warm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Georgetown or Kexington area. So much to do.

We had the penthouse, which was nice. This was an older hotel it really needs an up grade. The staff was nice and professional. We are all trying to make it so please stay and enjoy yourself. Just an upgrade needed.

The bed was a little on the harder side and that would be my only issue, but I slept on top of the covers and that helped it out. Everything else was great and despite the bed issue, I would for sure stay there again. The pool and the friendly staff was awesome!

Very centrally located to the areas attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. The indoor pool was with warm waters, lots of towels and seating areas around the pool. Definitely would recommend for families and those traveling.

We made Georgetown a planned stop for my wife to visit the house she remembers her grandparents living in. Staying at the Best Western kept her calm and relaxed. Excellent staff from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast club!

Comfy clean room, nice bed that felt like I was on my own mattress. The pool and hot tub area was real nice with nice warm pool water. The breakfast was well stocked and ran by a fun and service minded employee. I would have no second thoughts about staying here again.

The breakfast was good and the lady was very polite. I enjoyed using the amenities. The ladies at the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was a great size and beds were comfortable. I will stay there again when we go back.
