Everything was fine otherwise. Kim and Robin were great at their jobs. My jacuzzi was awesome. Sad the hot food items were always the same. Often there was a loud boisterous crowd hanging out in the lobby.

Property needs a makeover, or should be priced more as a “discount hotel” Room and property is not a $140/as charged. Ice machine on main floor constantly leaked onto the floor right outside the elevator. The room AC/HVAC did not operate consistently.

We were treated and welcomed like family. The pool was nice and heated. We eent with 2 other families and got 3 different room. It is definitley a family oriented hotel and quiet. The breakfast buffet surprised us with hot and cold foods.the waffles wetr reaññy delicious. I give this place a 10/10.

We chose this motel to stay at while we went to the Ark and Creation museum. We were very happy with everything about it! Beautiful, clean spacious room. Fantastic breakfast! All the things that you could ever need~ highly recommended!

The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. Had a wonderful quiet rest and was a very accommodating location for our dog during our vacation. Will only travel with Baymont in future Thank you

The hotel in general is good. The rooms are nice and clean and food was ok. Aside from staff bringing their kids and letting them hang out in the hallway, it was ok. DON"T BOOK FROM THIS SITE, they OVERCHARGE you. I called them to ask them why did the hotel give me a receipt that charged me less, and the guy said "oh they weren't supposed to disclose that information, we purchase them at wholesale and give them at discounted price." I said well that's a lie, I'm currently looking at their website and yours, and you are charging $40 more. When I called the front desk, she changed her original statement of them overcharging. I'm assuming the guy called them. I didn't even bother to argue, I figured a review will hurt em where it hurts.

My post was taken down overnight on Google review, but let the truth be told. Take a blow dryer to the mattress seem and turn on high heat and watch the bed bugs crawl out. This place should be shut down & exterminated. I am sure it falls under many health code violations. Don’t waste your money; this place is filthy!!! Stay out of room 319 unless you want to be eaten alive by bed bugs. We were told we would get a refund for one night, but the manager would have to approve the first night! The manager never made contact with us, nor did we ever get a refund. I am studying business management, and this is bad business. There are many more platforms to post on, and for every negative comment, five positive paid comments pop up to even the ratings!!!

We want to assure you that we thoroughly investigated this claim and the pest control experts (Orkin Pest Control) that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of bed bugs in any of our rooms. On the other hand, please allow us a moment to investigate the problem with our manager. We promise you that all issues will be resolved to ensure that these will not happen again in the future. We do understand that many of our guests have different needs and we try to accommodate those needs to the best of our ability. We stayed at this Baymont for one night. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. We had a king room on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet...except for the dumpster being emptied around 6 a.m. right outside our window. The furnishings were in good condition, the bathroom clean. Our only issue was that there was no hot water to the sink. The shower was fine, but the sink only ran cold water. Breakfast consisted of the usual cold cereals, yogurt, waffles, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The room rate was very reasonable. We would stay there again if traveling in the area.

Staff was great! Rooms are clean! Breakfast was very good. The amenities they have to offer are great. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool was warm. Coffee available 24-7. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Not a lot of noise from road or highway traffic. I would definitely stay here again.
