We had the pleasure of staying at this unique B&B on outskirts of Port Hope in late October. We happened upon this delightful home, only because all "in-town" B & B's were full. How lucky for us! Such a chance discovery! We will definitely return. Just 10 min outside of town, it IS WORTH the drive! Not just your regular...

It is so rewarding to get a review like this! It encapsulates the kind of experience that we strive to give all our guests! I LOVE to share my Finnish heritage with our guests through specialty Finnish breakfast entrees, tableware, decorative touches and even an authentic Finnish sauna. Thank you for taking the time to write such a glowing review!...

The grounds were immaculate and the breakfast was out of this world. As first time B&B'ers, Lea set the bar impossibly high. The rooms & living space were spacious and impeccable. Thank you for an amazing time and some incredible memories!

Gorgeous gardens amid a tranquil setting. B&B impeccable. Host Lea answered our many questions, gave suggestions and even followed us to a local store for butter tarts to give us bottles of water for our drive to Kingston. Her Finnish breakfast was outstanding. (you can have standard bacon and eggs if you like)

We love it when guests come to us through a referral. This was extra special when you were from outside of Canada. We enjoyed meeting you both and hope your reunion went well! It was worth bringing you the water bottles for the hugs!!! All the best!

Leah and Jack were very welcoming and gracious hosts. Their facilities were very clean and very private. The sauna was an extra unexpected bonus which was very welcoming at the end of a very long and grueling day of cycling. The breakfast was incredible. I felt like we had valet service. As Leah showed us around Jack locked up our...

It was our absolute pleasure to have you stay with us, making us a part of your cycling adventure from Kincardine to Perth. I can't say enough about Lea and Jack's beautiful home. They are terrific hosts - flexible and gracious. Our very last minute reservation was no problem, and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. The gardens are wonderfully, and the house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were especially grateful for the sauna after getting caught in a rainstorm. Thank you...
