I love a hotel that has windows that open. I told the staff I wanted a quiet room they put us on the 3rd floor overlooking the golf course. My view took advantage of the sunsets. The Hotel is not super glam and a little worn on outside sidewalks but not a big deterrence. Lots of Southern charm exuding from... More

I had a business trip that brought me to this hotel. I very much enjoyed my 3-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby and outside covered patio area are beautiful and welcoming.

The Campbell House has been reborn. You'll still recognize the layout and the bones, but the renovation really revitalized the hotel. I remember coming here as a child, and it was old and run down then. In recent years, I've been to a convention at the Campbell House about every other year, but I didn't ever stay. After seeing it... More

The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and again the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The unexpected highlight of my stay was the Campbell House Gift Shop. Seriously. I purchased two pieces of jewelry, a jacket and a lovely purse. Really more... More

My stay at the Campbell House was great. I was there for a conference and my experience was rendered very easy and smooth by the extremely helpful staff, who directed me to the right place to be. They were very pleasant and found instant solutions and answers to my concerns (early check-in, leaving bag with them the following day, etc.)... More

Everything you need to have a comfortable stay while visiting relatives. Rooms equipped with iron and hairdryer. Comfortable beds, courteous staff. Quiet rooms. Best of all - they accommodated my 10 pound dog

The location was chosen partly because it was a "conference hotel" for my friend, but it turned out to be a perfect vacation location for me. One aspect that was appreciated by both of us was the EASY ACCESS INTERNET. Another aspect that I particularly appreciated was the NEARBY STARBUCKS. In addition, I really enjoyed the large SWIMMING POOL. Many... More

We spent the day at Keenelsnd Racing Track and then within minutes we found ourselves surrounded by horse memorabilia and a very comfortable atmosphere. The Campbell house has so much character yet is up to date with a recent renovation. The room was very spacious and the mattress very comfortable. The desk staff was very friendly and provided some very... More

We were there for Keeneland Racing and stayed 3 nights. The rate for our room and our friends rooms were the same but the rooms were very different in size. Our room was very small and was very darkly lit. We requested a different room and they were helpful in making that happen. Genna, an employee, was especially helpful and... More

This is a great hotel, with local charm and wonderful service. I stayed here for a conference and the room was elegant, clean, quiet, and with good wifi -- a great place to get work done and be comfortable. I particularly appreciate that the heating/cooling unit was super quiet, so it didn't distract me while working or interrupt my sleep.
