Always love the bedroom/ kitchen/ living room format, and the staff members are always so nice and helpful!! Some parts of the hotel are in need of repair, but it is still my favorite place to stay when I am in Lexington. I particularly appreciate all the walking paths, but the cocktail hour is great, and I appreciate them”free” breakfasts.. The cook (DC) is an amazing cook, who prepares the BEST eggs every morning, but who is also a really nice guy who does a GREAT job. The rest of the breakfast staff work so very hard, too, and they are all wonderful. All good! 👍🏻💕

THIS HOTEL WAS PERFECT!!! It seriously was-everything was well done and the quality was exceptional! Property- It well manicured, thought-out and pristine. Atrium- Was very beautiful with such a cool design. The walkways, interior rooms and glass elevators were exquisite. Staff- Were awesome, helpful and delightful. Pool- Was a great size with nice, fluffy towels, bathrooms, a shower, workout facility. What a nice treat! Rooms- Were just right and very nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great setup. Breakfast- Was AWESOME! Omlet bar and everything else you can imagine.

The hotel needs updating. The lobby is impressive but the rooms date back to the 90's. We ate at the bar and it took the bartender-she was a blond, 10 minutes to take our order. Never greeted us or gave us menus. We picked them up as we waited at a table for 10 minutes, then decided to sit out the bar to faster service. It was late and we came close to leaving and eating at a restaurant. Please speak to this employee as other people have mentioned her in prior posts. She needs to be re-trained on proper etiquette on being in the service industry. Breakfast staff was awesome. Polite and helpful...move them to the bar.

Our suite was in serious need of a deep cleaning and update. The shower had mildew in the grout and tiles were missing. The corners of the tile floor and carpet obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Drawers in the bedroom were stained and dirty. All surfaces in the whole place felt grimy to the touch. It's time to get in there to remodel and clean!! We were very disappointed considering what a beautiful location and lobby this hotel has.

Little dated, needs some TLC for what they charge per night. Be aware, they automatically charge $12 per night for parking. We didn’t have a car and was never asked but we charged the $12 anyways. They did remove the charge. Included breakfast was good

The hotel overall is nice but dated. Lobby and common areas were clean. My Room however was gross. It felt like it had been cleaned awhile ago and not stayed in at first, stale would be the best description. But the longer I was there the more grossed out I got. Something that looks like vomit on the curtains really makes you question the cleanliness overall once you see that. Huge stain on the carpet in sitting area, couch is pretty worn. The room a couple doors down had set a tray of dirty dishes outside their door from breakfast yesterday and it’s still there, 24 hours later. I understand it’s not the Ritz but there is a level of expectation of cleanliness at an Embassy Suite or maybe that time has passed. Overall, if you get a decent rate for your stay and can overlook vomit on the curtains, probably worth staying here. Or maybe I got the one room that housekeeping missed, who knows.…

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is super nice, room was spotless, evening drinks, snacks and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant right next door, Palmers Fresh Grill was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for the price and what it includes.

Embassy Suites used to be a high quality brand, but this recent stay makes me question that. The rooms are outdated and deteriorating. The breakfast buffett, once a great perk of staying is poorly executed. the staff is friendly and cordial, but mostly not urgent or having attention to detail.

350pm arrival. Have had reservation for several months and am a Hilton Diamond. Went to room that had loud noise coming from the roof and NO heat or AC. Room was hot and stuffy. Wife went to the desk and was mistreated. She asked for a new room and was told there is nothing available and if we wanted a refund they would give it to us. REALLY!!! I have never ever been told something like this in a Hilton property and, by the way, I checked on line to see if I could make a new reservation while I waited in my room for maintenance and there were MULTIPLE room choices available. Sat in my room for 20 minutes waiting for maintenance who did NOT show up and then went to front desk myself and asked for another room if maintenance wasn't coming right up. Was given another room. Younger gentlemen at the front desk needs customer service training. This isn't even a matter of "customer is always right". It is a matter of respecting the customer. There were rooms available and he wasn't going to give them to my wife. Wasted 30 minutes messing with rooms. Train your employees Embassy Suites. No excuses... BREAKFAST was a riotous smorgasbord with way too many people, no organization. Food on the floor in the serving area and 4 different key items, including eggs missing. Have you ever gone to one of those smorgasbord’s where it’s just a cluster??? Today at this location it was. Will pick a different location next time we are in town. This one has lost its classiness.…

Having been utterly disappointed and let down by the three previous, Embassy Suites we stayed in due to the dumbing down and the poor value for money and P/Poor service. We arrived at this Embassy Suites with foreboding, however what a pleasant surprise on arrival and during our stay. At least the management of this particular Embassy Suites have maintained the once hailed standards that the Embassy Suites once enjoyed. It was a great pleasure to see that there was still pride in their work and pride in their work at this hotel. This is how ALL Embassy Suites should be run. This dumbing down has to stop - this hotel is a shining light of how ALL Embassy Suites should be run
