Beautiful home on a lovely horse farm with breathtaking views of horses and rolling hills. Kasey and Angela made lovely breakfast in the morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel and the room was spacious and everything was very clean. Do plan to return sometime.

It's a glamorous house on a relatively small horse farm nestled among many horse farms. It's a quiet area and a great place to take a relaxing walk or run and see a lot of horses and beautiful farms. The women running the place are very friendly and make a good breakfast. We stayed in two different rooms, and actually... More

Awesome place to stay- Comfortable, scenic, friendly, and convenient! Truly the essence of the area! Rolling hills and fences, and horses right in the back yard. Very quiet place and a little bit of luxury!

We arrived late on a stormy evening and had a little trouble figuring out which house we were supposed to be at because we couldn't see through the rain. Our host responded immediately to my call and guided us to the house. There was a note on the door telling us which room was ours and snacks and drinks in... More

We've stayed in numerous B&Bs, but never one this marvelous. We don't believe the photos do it justice, one must see it to believe it. The hosts were friendly and down to earth, which made our stay even more pleasurable. We, along with another couple, had the house to ourselves, to explore and relax. The outside grounds are enormous, with... More

Wonderful B&B. Very clean, very spacious accommodations. Beautiful area, close to Keenland and Distilleries. Innkeeper and my were very gracious and even accommodated our request to have an early breakfast so we could travel to that day's destinations.

We are so glad we picked this b&b to stay at instead of a hotel in Lexington. The area is beautiful, the breakfast was great, and everybody was so nice. The suite is spacious and luxurious. The downstairs bedroom has a door to the outside and hardwood floors- great if you have a pet or want a quick exit. If you... More

Beautiful home with several bedrooms to choose from - large suite is extraordinary (we didn't stay in it but saw it) located on a horse farm with beautiful KY horse farms all around. As you drive up you almost pinch yourself! Rooms were comfortable, very nice breakfasts in the sunny kitchen/informal dining area. If you want to visit the KY... More

We love this B&B for many reasons, first Ashley always makes us feel welcome and we consider her a friend. The house is wonderful and all of the rooms offer privacy but I recommend the Keeneland Suite during your stay. Breakfast is always enjoyable and you get the chance to chat with other guests as well as Ashley. While off... More

We just stayed and Ashley was so wonderful to work with. This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We would visit again. We stayed in the Bourbon room and enjoyed the fresh baked cookies upon arrival.
