Be advised that this hotel will charge you $5/bottle of water that is in the room. It is not complimentary, but there is no sign that says you will be charged for the water. This is an incredible rip off, and another reason I will NEVER stay at another Courtyard.

We arrived to find the hotel run down, smelly and old. Our first room smelled like mildewed carpet, the beds were lumpy and unclean. The second room we got also smelled bad and the AC did not work. The hallway carpets are dirty and nasty. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels and Marriotts but this one was the worst hotel. We left with a full refund even after the manager offered us to stay for free. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Beautiful new Courtyard in North Lexington KY, inviting lounge area with comfortable sitting areas and numerous charging areas for devices. Contemporary clean rooms, with luxurious soft bed linens. Starbucks coffee and great simple selections for breakfast, and lots of cocktail options in the evening.

I stay here every week and Tanjinora does an excellent job checking me in and taking care of me. She also does a great job with the other customers. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my day and her competency and hospitality is among the best I’ve ever gotten.

Sabrina the front desk employee stayed professional & patient while the customer argued about the slow internet. We were very impressed. Sabrina explained to the customer that the internet speed was out of her control. Sabrina is a shiny example of what customer service should be

This hotel was dirty and falling apart. There are so many choices in Lexington that are quality. For this to be in the Mariott portfolio and rated so high is crazy. I stay in Lexington once a month and will absolutely never make this mistake again.

We just needed it for a night. Every staff member we connected with was super nice. Pretty clean room. The shower had wonderful water pressure but don’t look up because there’s a vent that you can see right into and there’s so much dirt and dust in it! I thought a rat would fall out. The two beds are fulls not queens (which we knew). Good smelling shampoo and soap…even came with a makeup wipe. We bought ice cream and candy from the lobby store though and it was bad…however we were able to exchange it once we brought it to their attention. Some spots on carpet. Bedding is good but the pillows SINK. Lobby is really nice. Overall, good for a stop.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and it was just ok. Probably not somewhere I would stay again. The room was a pretty standard room and overall clean. The door to our room was difficult to latch. The carpeting in the hallways was very dirty. The pool area was the biggest disappointment. The hot tub is currently closed. The pool are really needs some upkeep. There is mold on the walls in some areas and other large stains on the walls. The overall feeling I got was that the hotel is rundown and not well attended to.

I would like to express my concern with our last stay at Marriott Courtyard Lexington North on 10/17/20. We always stay at courtyards...all over the country and have stayed at this one multiple times. But this past weekend the hotel, our room, our bathtub and our balcony were filthy. The balcony actually had moss growing at the door to the room. I will not be staying at this hotel again. This e-mail was sent to the customer service reps and I was told I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. Today is 11/30/20 and I have not heard from Marriott.
