My Moosie loves this hotel: he has his own bed and for some reason he loves the bathroom. And this is just the best hotel around. The Cracker Barrel next door is great: the location is perfect right off 75, and even so close to the highway, it’s very quiet inside. And they are dog friendly too.

Do not bother putting out the Do Not Disturb Tag on your door when you leave, they can not seem to read it. They came in anyway and did a half @#$^! job of cleaning the room. If you do not mind that then it is a typical stay. But not as good as most of the LaQuinta's I have stayed in over there years. I would not stay there again.

Friendly staff up front and rooms wet clean and in order. The only downside was the rooms were a little aged and needed to be update with repairs. Nothing that would stop me from staying again but the floor had some damage and was sinking seemed in the bathroom. There was some water damage in the shower and some molding that needed repair in the bathroom as well. Rest of the room seemed in good shape.

Clean, quiet, good value and the staff was fantastic. Huge shout out to the overnight front desk person and the shuttle driver. Great customer service. When I got home, I booked there for my next trip as well.

The staff here makes you feel like part of their family. Very helpful staff with a big shout out to Stephanie and Linda for being so accommodating. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job keeping everything clean and sanitized. Great location, pet friendly with no pet fees. Wonderful hot breakfast with Kathy doing an amazing job keeping it stocked. Will definitely stay here my next trip next month. I travel alone but felt very safe!!

Mom & I traveled to visit The Ark Encounter. We book this hotel & we were well pleased. Convenient & Cracker was next door. Friendly staff, extra clean & good breakfast. Just wish they had blackout curtains to cover shade. 3 nights would recommend. Safe place.

Rudest woman I have ever encountered at check in. Went to my room no hot water. Went back to the from desk to see about getting g another room. Sane rude woman said if I didn’t like it to leave! I was stunned. I said I would just like another room . That’s when I was told to “leave my hotel, or she was calling the police”. I was literally stunned. My seventy year old wife and I left. I have never experienced anything like it. This place should be closed.
