The hotel is a dump that was undergoing a minor rehab. If anyone has had blood or black spots in their bedding, it's because the room has a bed bug infestation. If NRA Housing isn't going to work with me to at least recover my money, then it's going to end up in the court system. I can see a...

I would reccomend the Fern Valley Hotel to anyone! Clean, safe outstanding custommer sercice. The homeless looking gentlemen in the lobby even offerd to valet park my car! There is White castle practically in the parking lot of the Hotel. If you want a 4 star experiance. Without the high cost of your average 4 star hotel. Stay at this...

If you are at all concerned about your safety do not stay at this location. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon only to find out my reservation was wrong I requested a king room they put me in a double, so I dragged all my luggage back downstairs from the third floor the woman working at the desk reassigned...

Arrived Friday, 12/30/16 to drop Father in law off. Check-in took too long, arrived to room that was strewn with trash, unmade bed, filthy bathroom. He chose to ask for another room. We decided after seeing the deplorable conditions of the hallways even to not let him stay there. Customer Service was horrible. She was rude and incapable it appeared....

This was just a completely weird experience. The hotel looks abandoned. The people at the front desk were nice but a bit clueless. They managed to put a $200 hold on both our debit and credit card that wasn't removed for five days. The room and hallway were dirty and looked like something out of a horror movie. We stayed...

Very dirty, abandoned, smelly, red stains all over the carpet that appeared to be blood, the sheets had blood stains in one bed and dirty black spots/stains in the other. Bathroom tub was dirty, shower curtain was stained, ripped, dirty, and falling off the rod, no bulbs in lamps, curtains falling off of the wall, bed clothing on both beds...

Don't even think about it. Definitely would not have stayed if my wife was with me. It reminds me of a place that was foreclosed/abandoned, and someone is trying to make enough $$ on it to try to rehab it. Probably built in the 60's-70's, it needs everything. The Rest, bar, fitness center, pool??, etc are all closed down. Appears...

Graffiti in the smoked in elevators. Had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, management didn't want to check the room for us, so we went in to find a trashed room. The put us in a double room rather than the king we booked and paid for. At least we brought our own liquor - and mixers... because...

Not terrible but not great. I want to say that you can tell that someone is trying to make this hotel great again, it will take some time but we could tell it is defiantly a work in progress. We stayed here during the Derby because truthfully it was the only hotel within our price range. Our initial impression was...
