We stayed here recently and were very very pleased with our choice. I highly recommend paying a bit extra to have access to the 13th floor. There you can have appetizers and wine from 5-7 and a breakfast in the morning. This is well worth the extra charge. Our room was just lovely- spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The staff is...

We were greeted by the extremely friendly valet service when we arrived. They took our car and offered great advice about restaurants and entertainment in the area. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The club lounge had coffee, water, and sodas available most of the day (closed at 10 pm) which was very convenient. We had a lovely King...

The beds are SO comfortable! At least ours was. We were on the 11th floor. Water pressure was good, which is important to me. Elevators are quick with almost no waiting. Could not ask for better service or accommodations. A little pricey, but we knew that when we decided to stay there. The food at j. Graham's was outstanding! A...

The hotel is amazing. The decor, the ceiling, wow that ceiling. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated, the bathroom was huge for a hotel. The walk in closet could probably sleep another person. The in room dining serving was prompt and courteous. They antique furniture has been redone to accommodate modern appliances such as a refrigerator. Beautiful and...

This was our first time at the Brown Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor, atmosphere and overall quality of the hotel and room was great! I have stayed in historic hotels in other cities and been disappointed. Will stay here again definitely on my next trip to Louisville.

This was our second stay at The Brown Hotel and we can't wait to go back. The staff is courteous and friendly; they do everything possible to accommodate one's needs. Clean, pretty rooms, great restaurants, fitness room, and gift shop are just some of the amenities that make The Brown special. We had a wonderful weekend.

We have friends in NC that we visit a couple of times a year. Louisville is approximately half way between our home and their house. While the southern route through Nashville is a shorter drive, we always take the northern route for the sole reason to stay at The Brown Hotel in Louisville. We love the décor. The lobby bar...

Wonderful room, comfy bed. Had a sofa, coffee pot and fridge in room. Was a little surprised there was dust on the light fixtures in the bathroom and no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff very kind and helpful.Had dinner in dining room- so really enjoyed a relaxing evening. Granted late checkout. (Requested turn down service late- but was still accommodated while...

Beautiful, ornate, lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. Close to great restaurants, night clubs and late night activities. The staff go out of there way to make your stay memorable. I can't wait to return!
