My wife and I stayed at the Sllep Inn after a concert. When checking in, the staff was short and rather rude. This surprised me since I am originally from Louisville. The people in Louisville are rather polite and friendly. When we came ba few biscuits, ack from the concert, we were lucky to find the last open parking spot...

This hotel may be advertised as an "airport" hotel and "close to the expo" but it should also be known that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. When we checked in the person working the front door mentioned that the key card is needed by guest to get back into the hotel after 10pm, however the automatic doors were available...

First of all they man that checked us in was so rude to me!! Not friendly at all! I will always give room for a bad day!! But it just didn't get any better!! And I wouldn't have said anything about the shower full of hair long ones at that! But the guy just made me feel like we were...

I spent 3 nights here and the room was just ok. The shower door did not close and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, but the bed was comfy. The staff was not very friendly. No one really smiled at you not even to return yours. Except for the lady who refilled the breakfast trays, she was nice....

Upon arrival the air conditioner in the room was off. The room was so hot we had to leave for a while to let the room cool down. When you opened up the door the smell of smoke hit you in the face even though we requested a non smoking room. Even the towels smelled of smoke. Mold was in...

Hotel was average and adequate. It had basic amenities (fitness center) and the construction workers staying at the hotel were using the pool area in the afternoons. Their numbers intimidated the kids and kept us from using the pool. Breakfast was above average and included hot options (biscuits, waffles, sausage, bacon, & gravy).

Housekeeping did not make up room after our first night there. Phone did not work. Shower door leaked. Stains on the carpet. WI-FI was spotty. We had trouble getting our key card to work. When we asked for help at the desk, they told us that it was working fine - luckily we had a second key that did work...

My husband and I stayed here. We had a room with a King bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were lacking. We checked in on the auditor's shift. He was brusque and barely spoke to me at all during check in. Upon check out the front desk clerk didn't appear to know what he...

The room was OK,Liked the shower. Wi-Fi was free, but tough to access. One complaint-the television was awful. Half the channels weren't available and the others looked like it was off an old UHF antenna. Decent enough and for a one night stay-passable

Beds were excellent; room was great; breakfast was WAY more than just "continental". (Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, and so on...) Staff was wonderful and great to deal with. Really close to the airport and interstate so noise may be a problem (it wasn't for us). Also had an issue with some people begging for money...
