This is a well maintained older property. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his "house", and it shows. The room was clean and everything functioned as it should. I would definitely stay here again!

Heather and Kristen at the front desk were amazing during both of our stays at Baymont Madisonville. Our first stay was while my dad was in the ICU. The second stay for when we teyrned a few days later for his funeral services. They told us of the bereavement rate and made everything as smooth and easy as possible.

not bad for the cost and the for madisonville could have paid more to stay at a bigger place but they hAD ALL THAT I NEEDED breakfast was a little dry but at the time of are stay there were only about 10 rooms in use we will stay there again when we are intown

Nice, clean, and friendly place to stay. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stay here every time in town.Clean rooms, great location & friendly staff. The lady at the desk from 3-11 both nights we were there went above & beyond to accomodate our large family! Thank you!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Madisonville. Also, great house keeping staff!

Doors started banging in the hall and maids loudly talking. At 8 they beat on my door even though I had the security lock on. The maids banged on every door and propped them open. I stay close to 100 nights a year in hotels and never have this issue. This hotel doesn’t have the room fan set on continuous like most do so nothing to mask the noise. The bed in 226 is comfortable but certainly older and needs replacing soon. The hotel is comfortable and staff mostly nice except the maids. Price on the the web for Wyndham rewards member is $30 higher than bidding sites.

This motel is extremely clean. Very quiet. Good air conditioning. I asked for the breakfast items the night before because I had to be at the worksite at 5am. The employee stocked me up. Coffee was available at 4:45am.

I stayed at the Baymont Hotel from 9/8/2019 - 9/10/2019 for a business trip to the area. I was checked in by a disinterested young lady who seemed more engaged in her cell phone than the check in process. I was given a room on the first floor (per my request). The room was clean and looked like most hotel rooms - drab furniture, a desk, a mildly comfortable chair, a king size bed. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary showering items. The towels were not particularly soft or fluffy (as if they had seen better days). The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The room had a small refrigerator and (normal size) microwave. The flat screen TV was of average size but not working for some reason (I tried to figure out the issue, but gave up after 10 minutes of un-plugging and re-plugging the power cord). I elected to not contact the front desk and be moved to another room as I had already unpacked my bags and would just use my laptop and the WIFI for Netflix entertainment (which I did successfully). Breakfast for me usually consists of a few pieces of fruit and some coffee, so I got what I needed with the complementary spread they had laid out (a typical continental breakfast with a few hot items offered). Overall, I would return to the hotel if I were needing to stay in the area for work again. Great breakfast options. Full even at the end of buffet service. Good hot food options too. Clean rooms and working fridge and microwave. We had a room directly next to the elevator and never heard any noise from it.
