My girlfriend and I came up to go zip lining and were having a problem finding a room. Due to the reviews on here we decided to look on Google reviews and they were better. We got checked in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and affordable. We got the Jacuzzi room. Definitely worth it. I would definitely stay here...

There are significant things that make an impression on you when you arrive at a hotel for the first time. For me it was folded toilet paper. You really working hard to impress your guest when you take the time to fold the toilet paper to a point. I have stayed at high end hotels like the Crowne Plaza in...

My boyfriend and I came to town to go under ground ziplinning but I wasn't comfortable staying close to another airport(bad experience in a different state but still sticks with ya). And here we are, one night, great price for a Jacuzzi suite. Super nice renovations, very helpful staff upon arrival (before evening shift came on and she wasn't very...

Rented 3 rooms. Check in went ok. One room extra lock was broke. All rooms came with a refrigerator and microwave. Nice until you read the sign that says no food out of breakfast area...which by the way...you should not call this breakfast. When asking the person at the desk on what sign means...she says that is all food even...

The overall service was terrible. Our room was frequently skipped by the maid, they ran out of breakfast foods almost every day, the front desk was not skilled and not easy to talk too, and there was dog turd in the hallway on two different occurrences. Also the neighbors next to the hotel have three large and loud dogs. The...

Room was nice and comfortable exception of bathtub which was filthy. Customer service poor. Upon check in the person at the desk was rude, he rudely commented to my 73 yr old mother that any damage to the room she would be charged for. We got no sleep was put in room next to an obvious long term guest by...

Cons:Room was very dark, only 2 lights aside from the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable, very firm. Awful wifi, kept going in and out and very low quality. Front desk clerk seemed annoyed at my presence and I was just trying to check in. Pros: clean and affordable.

Staff was not helpful or friendly. Any time you needed something, the night staff seemed aggravated to even look up from his personal laptop and basically told you to fend for yourself. I didn't even get a key to my room because the lock on the door wasn't working. So every time I left my room I either had to...

The hotel is under new ownership. Not customer friendly. Hotel management would not honor the price we found online even though we called before we got there. The orange juice at the free breakfast was brown. There were people (construction workers) outside our room and in the hall drinking at all hours - even in the mornings. Hotel owner was...
