The service as beyond expectations. Everyone was cordial, responsive and welcoming. From arrival to departure every request and service was delivered in an efficient and cordial attitude. The historic architectural style interfaced with the modern amenities works well. Thank you all for a very pleasant visit to Baton Rouge.

Hotel's Favourite
Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center has become my ONLY choice of hotels during my stays in Baton Rouge. Hilton Baton Rouge differentiates itself with exceptional associates that excel in customer service. Each associates insures your stay is more than "a stay", it is an experience. My recent stay was for two nights therefor I got to know several of the associates first hand. Josh, Monet, and Jared at the front desk always greeted me with a smile as I was coming and going. Most importantly they always asked how I was doing (and be sure to ask Monet about the "Nicholas Cage room"), and if there was anything they could do to insure a memorable stay - - - which it was because the took very good care of me, and always made time for conversation with a smile. Delvin at the restaurant/bar always made conversation, and insured I had a relaxing dining experience (food was great). I was also blessed to have met the General Manager Tim. It was refreshing seeing Tim throughout the hotel each day interacting with guests, to also insure everyone's stay was a memorable experience. Also worth noting the Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center has the best downtown location of any hotel in Baton Rouge, setting right next to the Mississippi River. If you love to run or take a walk, there is a perfect paved trail that runs along side of the Mississippi River - - - outstanding views of both the rive and city. The hotel is right next to numerous downtown restaurants and a beautiful tree lined street park. The Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center is one of my favorite hotels in the country with its location, charm, and most importantly the people. I look forward to my next return. Thanks.

I really think this property was previously underrated. Great location, convenient to good eatreries and entertainment. Rooms are nicely decorated in a manner that makes me think old Huey P. himself would have stayed there.

We stayed here last week for 2 nights. When we arrived Joe from Valet took care of us. He was professional at every aspect. The next morning we approached the valet (his name was Don) and asked to get some stuff out of our car and this guy was amazing and did everything easy for us. I would give 100 stars to this kind of service anytime. Thank You, and we definitely would stay here next time in town.

Wow,wow, wow. This historical hotel definitely made our weekend. We stayed here for one night but it felt like they knew me forever with their friendliness. Service, amazing. Renaldo from the Valet was one of the best. I’m a needy person but he made sure to fulfill all my requests. I would definitely be back. I found my place in Baton Rouge now.
