My stay at the Baton Rouge Marriott was great. Upon check in I was greeted by the warmest staff. My room was very accommodating and very clean. Stayed 2 nights. Staff friendly ad helpful. Room was clea ad adequately funrished. The morning breakfast was good and varied. Stay in room beside evevator but didn't have any problem with noise. The only issue was with hot water pipes. Literally screeched whe hot water was used.

Stayed here briefly overnight en route from Florida to Texas, so we didn't have much time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked through Priceline (got a good deal last minute on the weekend -- much cheaper than New Orleans and nicer too). We were able to call ahead and get two doubles and connecting rooms -- very nice....

This hotel has a great pool and the staff are very kind .The rooms and hotel itself seems to be a little dated and could use updating for the weekend price and the depth of the pool 8ft it's a good stay. This is good location if you need to spend time in good old Baton Rouge and access from I-10 and LSU and anywhere up and down the river. The food is below average but decent sleep quarters. The work-out center was average. The place reminds of the late 70's and needs to be revamped

First of all, let me say that the staff is wonderful! They are very nice and accommodating to all needs. The hotel building itself is very outdated and in is in dire need of retiring from the Marriott chain. Attempts to paint and patch work the hotel has gone as far as it can. The hotel is VERY, VERY noisy!!!...

This hotel is somewhere between average and very good......I agree that this hotel is noisy. We were on the 18th floor and traffic could be heard all day and night. If you are going to the Baton Rouge area on business or leisure, I recommend you stay at Baton Rouge Marriott. Very clean hotel and convenient location. The staff is excellent and the food is great.the next time we are even close to Baton Rouge, this will be our place to stay.

This hotel is tired. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in process was smooth. The food at the restaurant is edible, not much more.
