The rooms were recently renovated and very nice. Quiet at night. Breakfast was good but they did lack keeping up with the demand( plates, bowls and food). The one thing my son was looking forward was the oatmeal and it was not available, that was kind of disappointing considering all the ones we stayed at have oatmeal. One thing is...

The hotel is located in a great area. Within walking distant of three good eating establishments. Rooms recently updated and staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to I-10. Serves a morning breakfast that is fair. What keeps this hotel from being great is the matter of renovation projects, including plumbing lines which requires shutting off water to the building...

The floor plan we stayed in was so well thought up. We have never stayed in a hotel with that layout. The staff was great, and we will definitely go back. The undergoing improvements, or I would give excellent across the board as a review.

We checked in after a long drive. The staff was friendly, but the hotel is under renovation, so it's a mess and our room smelt like mildew, the sheets on the couch bed were dirty and the breakfast was terrible (sour milk, yogurt out of date).

This was my second stay at this hotel. Absolutely lovely stay. The location is perfect if you are visiting LSU. Easy exit off the I-10. Right across from the Mall of Louisiana.
