Isla Secas, the best of the best for blue water, inshore, multi species, multi tackle, yellowfin tuna, dorado, cubera snapper, big jacks, travalley, roosterfish, wahoo, grouper, marlin, sails, wow, what an angling adventure. It left me shaking. Incredible accommodations, hospitality beyond description, cusine that was well beyond my expectations and served at some silly hours to fit with the angling...

We splurged on Islas Secas for a special birthday in April 2007. We are now thinking of going back. This archipelago is a dream come true. The food was some of the most outstanding we've had anywhere (including the Four Seasons). We fished and ate our catch hours later. We had private diving whenever we wanted it. The day on...

While the price seems high, this fabulous resort is actually fairly priced given that it is all inclusive of meals and activities, especially for divers. The two hour boat ride through from David, with the first hour through mangroves is wonderful, though it must be done before noon as the seas get rough after that. They can also pick up...

We went to Islas Secas to do some scuba diving- unfortunately there was no dive master and therefore no scuba diving for 2 out of our 3 1/2 days there. Food was variable- some dinners and lunches were were excellent and some just did not work. No seeum bugs were a problem in the evenings. Spending a day on a...

This place is so good it is hard to describe. Imagine the Four Seasons meets luxury camping on the most gorgeous islands imaginable. Islas Secas is like staying at your rich uncles private family island compound. The food is excellent, the diving is great, there are lots of lovely trails through the forests. We especially liked the kayaking and the...

Stayed at the resort for a week with my family. Resort is a work that should be taken lightly, as there is just rooms and a small eating area. No pool or air conditioning. The price is more than a four seasons, yet the service and food is mediocore. It really feels like a backpackers place, not a high end...

Contrary to the posting from September 2006, the runway at Islas Secas is certified annually by the Panamanian FAA. The runway is over twice as long as the ground roll required for the planes that fly in and out. According to our chief pilot Will Holliday "what is unsafe or outside the capacity of one pilot can be safe and...

Just returned from a wonderful week at Islas Secas in Panama. I was worried that there would not be enough to do.....wrong! We enjoyed hiking, beaching, shell hunting, fishing, snokeling, kayaking, hoobie catting all in the pristine and unique setting of your own private island!!! The food was unbelievable and compared to any food I have had at any 5...
