The rooms are nice but when they tell you it sleeps 6 it means 4 adults and 2 small children. The 2 twin beds are in rooms built in the eves of the roof and at only 5'9" there was no way I could stand up straight. The rooms do not have showers but instead bathtubs with a pull out...

We pulled up to a beautiful location and was greeted by an angry talking lady named Sandra. Things I had told her she denied being told.. Pet Friendly - $35 per day plus $1.00 per pound of your pet. My husband usually travels by himself but this time was one of those rare occasions that I decided to pack up the entire family and tag along because it was just a weekend thing. We didn't plan on this being a big fun-filled vacation, but it very well turned out that way. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, aka the...

Let me cut to the chase: we stayed at the LeMatidora during a documentary shoot in the area. Our crew was international and diverse. This didn't stop the (alcoholically challenged) owner from informing us that he doesn't let "[--]" stay in his place. Yes, the [--]-word, said to our face, blatantly, remorselessly, in hopes of catering to our (sadly for...

Hi there to the NYorkers! I remember you guys like it was yesterday; 2 cameraman crew with an attractive lady that always wore pretty scarves with her daily outfit. Anyways, I'd like to apologize for your unpleasant experience at my Inn. As a business owner there's nothing worse than a dissatisfied customer, let alone a dissatisfied customer that genuinely believes...

LeMatidora's gorgeous southern-styled Inn & its secluded location makes it a wonderful choice for any occasion. From small - big; reserved - lavish; personal - formal. Perfect for weddings, graduations, parties, reunions, celebrations, & much more. The plantation-styled building offers southern elegance & a warm, down-home feel. 1st & 2nd level porches are great for making more "party" space, social connectors & make fantastic photo opportunities. The carport can work as valet parking, an outside celebration shaded from the scorching sun (crawfish boils, pinata wacking, phot ops, etc), or extra room for party goers, or simply as extra space for inventory (a new car, more presents, etc.) The lobby makes it super easy to entertain the biggest crowds: The fully-stocked kitchen is enormous & very convenient, it boasts the following: 3 sinks, double oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, heating/serving plates, over 60 feet of counter space, & bar access. And, no matter how many dishes, platters, & arrangements you set up, you'd never run out of counter space! 2 Dining areas {4 tables} would be a great place to set up center pieces (such as flowers, cakes, balloons, presents, or buffet-styled dining) or you may keep them for dining & conversation tables. Large open spaces are great for dancing, socializing, 100-150 seats for a wedding, etc. Pool: renting out the entire lobby also includes the in-ground stone swimming pool with waterfall & grotto. The swimming pool itself comes with 2 bar tables (4 stools/each), lounging furniture, & 250 lb. cast iron BBQ pit.
