While planning our trip to Louisiana, I was fortunate enough to purchase the book Off the Beaten Path Louisiana. This bed and breakfast was recommended and rightly so. First of all Judge Tim upgraded us to the suite at no extra charge. The next morning we enjoyed a most delicious breakfast beautifully presented and prepared by the judge himself. We...

What a wonderful place. The gardens, facility, and hospitality were wonderful. We stayed two days here, and the two breakfasts we were served ranked as some of the best meals we had during our entire eight day trip. Such a lovely place to visit. We hope to get there again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Judge and his wife Debra made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. House is full of history, room was cool, bed was comfortable which made our stay that much better. We woke up to a wonderful gourmet breakfast with French toast, fresh fruit and bacon. So amazing! Would love to have stayed...

we spent 2 nights at this beautiful house during our US-East Coast roadtrip, and I have to admit it was the best place we stayed in through out the trip. we had such a warm welcome by Tim and Debbrah, and spent a lovely evening with them both in the garden. they gave us good recommendations for our Bayou discovery...

Great plantation-feel home, quiet, clean, very laid back. Beautiful old oak trees mixed with palm trees, felt like a Key West mansion. Drinks on the patio, grits and smoked peppered bacon for breakfast. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 days at the gorgeous home of Tim and Debbie's in Bayou country. Tim is an extraordinary force of nature. Having served over 30 years as the Judge in Houma he knows the history and stories of the land. The home they live in is the home where Tim was born and raised. It...

Beautiful, comfortable old(ish) house in the heart of Cajun country. When we arrived, owners Tim & Debbie were eating (and shared generously with us) very very fresh big shrimp boil, under the shadow of spreading grand Live oaks. No assurance that your timing will be as good, but you can count on a comfortable, well kept room, and on a...

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Among the other good food, they served delicious fruit. They have the tastiest grapefruit. I never liked grapefruit until I tasted theirs. I would stay there again if I were in Houma.

We stayed one night (3/18) in the Garconiere Suite. Beginning with our friendly greeting from Debbie, everything was wonderful. In the evening, we sat outside enjoying a beer and visiting with the Judge (Tim) and his assistant Chris for a couple of hours. They had great stories about the area and especially snake catching from back in the day. We...
