Lovely helpful staff with excellent food and service. Breakfast was particularly good as were the desserts! We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms that was very nice. The corridors looking a bit tired and new carpets and paint would have been nice.

Dear musgraveh, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review following your stay at Sedgebrook this weekend. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that you received such fantastic service. The painting of the bedroom corridors is a bit like the Forth Road bridge! However this project will be starting again at the...

The staff were really helpful and always had a smile on their face, nothing was too difficult to sort out. The room was modern, very clean and everything worked fine. The grounds are pleasant to stroll around and very peaceful. The food was fantastic, especially the break out areas they provided with fresh cake, as well as cakes/sweets etc.

We had a corporate event at this hotel. From a corporate point of view the staff were great especially Scott who helped us coordinate flowers and gifts for people within our team. The rooms weren't great but I understand they are due to be renovated later this year. Breakfast was good and the grounds are lovely.

Stayed here for two nights in the name of work. Some rooms were a very long trek from reception and the restaurant but were clean and fine for a work stay. Food was nothing special and be careful with the chips....they're very spicy! The grounds were lovely and well maintained, but didn't visit the gym so can't pass comment. (...

Dear Nickie B, Thank you for taking the time to write a review following you stay at Sedgebrook Hall. I understand that due to the layout of the building, it can seem a bit of a walk to our bedrooms. Sedgebrook Hall looks very impressive from the outside, but once inside has a feel of a big budget hotel. Our room was a long way from reception via endless corridors and had no character which was disappointing as the main building and grounds are stunning. Felt the lack of staff on reception was rather an issue - we were staying...

We were given a room that joined the next room with wooden doors. The gap was wide in the door so you could see a light all the time. 10pm the person in there had a business conference call for an hour. I could have recorded the whole conversation as it was so loud including the person they were talking...

I have just stayed here and would not recommend it. You have to park your car leaving all bags in it - walk to reception to check in then go back to car for your bags and the to the rooms. Rooms are very basic - I was in room 201 and was always being disturbed by the loudness of...

This hotel is set amidst fantastic countryside. It has a secure car park and it is a very peaceful location. The room was tidy and comfortable but the bath was so small it may have been better to convert it into a stylish modern shower unit, rather than bath/shower. I paid a lot less than the price shown here so...
