When we checked in, we noticed the lobby, hallways and bathroom needed attention. The room was much cleaner in comparison. Breakfast is limited at this time. They had a waffle maker, yogurt, pastries and microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The pool was not open during our visit. I felt this place was very overpriced for the area and the limited amenities currently being offered, but we are rewards members, so at least we earned points.

This hotel has recently been remodeled but I still think it was a little overpriced for the area. The entrance was very hard to find. Our room had basic amenities and the bed was comfortable but black out shades are very much needed. They offer a basic continental breakfast and the eating area was clean.

Room 308 smells like someone smoked a 2lb bowl in that MFer.
good thing we only are sleeping in that thing.
Do not let pics fool you. this place is behind an abandoned gas station in whatni would guess is a neighborhood of low inco.e housing.

Perhaps the strangest hotel we've ever stayed in. I don't think they were ready to open during the renovation. Dried peas on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, red punch spilled on the carpet. No shower mat, construction mess everywhere. Paint splattered on furniture, no sheer drapes in the room. mirrors hung they were would fall off the wall. No lower signage at street level, we missed the entrance twice at dark. The clerk at the front desk was very frazzled and not friendly in any way. What a mistake to stay here. Not worth any amount of money. While the hotel has been re-done, it's very dirty. Water damage to the ceilings in several places , who knows how , much mold is behind that. Don't walk run away from here. No attention to cleaniness or deatil.

Medium issue: there is renovation of walls and windows in the rooms which was not announced during booking. That leads to very poor soundproof from street and other rooms. Also it is cold in the rooms because of that.
Major issue: hotel is very worn out and dirty. Quality of cleaning is very low. Bed linens were with stains and dirt, also strongly worn out. We’ve changed room, second one was more acceptable but far from good. Dirty bed is not acceptable.

This place is hidden, I mean literally. Don't miss your turn into the facility. It's a nice hotel inside and the remodeling is a plus. I really enjoyed the size of my room and bed. There is a outdoor pool but it is very small. I gave it a 4 because although this facility looks very nice and upscale, it had a moisture smell and too strong of cleaning products. I know it could be due to the humidity but I ended up buying candles to help with this issue, also there was little effort in folding the towels.

The staff was very friendly and check in was quick.

I have never posted a negative review for any hotel that I have stayed at, but this is the first, (and hopefully the last). I don't bother commenting negatively on the little things that I often see in some reviews, ie: not enough TV channels, no fridge/microwave etc. but the following cannot be ignored.
The first room that we were assigned had a big dirty ring around the inside of the bathtub, and the entire surface was covered with a soapy "scum" coating. There absolutely no way that we were going to use the tub in that condition. We asked to change rooms and were readily accommodated. This second room had a musty smell to it but my wife and I decided to ignore that fact as it was minor and we were only staying two nights. The room had an easy chair that my wife had to move as she wanted to plug in her computer. Behind the chair she discovered a bag filled with garbage and food and crumbs all over the carpet. As we were extremely tired after driving all day from Destin Fla. we waited until the next morning to report it to the front desk. They informed the head housekeeper who apologized and admitted that something like this should never have happened. We stayed our two nights but will never return to this hotel ever again

King Jacuzzi Suite! The best. Huge. Clean. Private. Loved it! The bathroom was big. The shower is definitely Couple Friendly. I was very pleased and WE will be back. I am shocked that this place only ranks #10 and not #2 or #3! Slept in so didn't get to try the breakfast lol

This was an overnight stay on our last leg of our road trip. What can I say? Four walls, a bed, a TV, and a bathroom. We arrived late, and we had 4 rooms. The staff person was capable, but we had a long day and could have used some interaction. The rooms were, for lack of a better word, standard. They were clean enough, although someone was definitely smoking on our floor, and I think they initially suspected us, but I'm pretty sure they caught the actual smokers. Honestly, the location that this hotel was in was not spectacular, but it was serviceable. The thing that really dinged my review was the breakfast. It was pretty bad, and someone had spilled like syrup or something so the floor was nasty, and there wasn't ever any coffee, they were pretty crowded, I guess that was the issue, they were also out of creamer and milk. Overall, a blah stay.

Is there parking for a pickup truck with a 25' trailer?

My answer would be the same as David D. This location is set back from a busy undivided highway in a shopping district. As important as to whether there's space to park is exiting the property with your rig. If you're turning south (left) onto 171 to get back to I-10, you might have to wait quite a while to get enough of a break in traffic to make the exit turn from the lot. Your other alternative would be to go north (right) to one block past the first traffic light, then loop back around the block to get a left arrow to re-enter 171 south.
