Our room was very nice and cozy. Great beds and linens. Quiet hotel. Parking easy. Front desk staff professional. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast. No problems with entire stay. Everything worked in room. Nice large bathroom. Very relaxing.

My answer would be the same as David D. This location is set back from a busy undivided highway in a shopping district. As important as to whether there's space to park is exiting the property with your rig. If you're turning south (left) onto 171 to get back to I-10, you might have to wait quite a while to get enough of a break in traffic to make the exit turn from the lot. Your other alternative would be to go north (right) to one block past the first traffic light, then loop back around the block to get a left arrow to re-enter 171 south.
