Room 308 smells like someone smoked a 2lb bowl in that MFer. good thing we only are sleeping in that thing. Do not let pics fool you. this place is behind an abandoned gas station in whatni would guess is a neighborhood of low inco.e housing.
This hotel has recently been remodeled but I still think it was a little overpriced for the area. The entrance was very hard to find. Our room had basic amenities and the bed was comfortable but black out shades are very much needed. They offer a basic continental breakfast and the eating area was clean.
When we checked in, we noticed the lobby, hallways and bathroom needed attention. The room was much cleaner in comparison. Breakfast is limited at this time. They had a waffle maker, yogurt, pastries and microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The pool was not open during our visit. I felt this place was very overpriced for the area and the limited amenities currently being offered, but we are rewards members, so at least we earned points.
Perhaps the strangest hotel we've ever stayed in. I don't think they were ready to open during the renovation. Dried peas on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, red punch spilled on the carpet. No shower mat, construction mess everywhere. Paint splattered on furniture, no sheer drapes in the room. mirrors hung they were would fall off the wall. No lower signage at street level, we missed the entrance twice at dark. The clerk at the front desk was very frazzled and not friendly in any way. What a mistake to stay here. Not worth any amount of money. While the hotel has been re-done, it's very dirty. Water damage to the ceilings in several places , who knows how , much mold is behind that. Don't walk run away from here. No attention to cleaniness or deatil.
Medium issue: there is renovation of walls and windows in the rooms which was not announced during booking. That leads to very poor soundproof from street and other rooms. Also it is cold in the rooms because of that. Major issue: hotel is very worn out and dirty. Quality of cleaning is very low. Bed linens were with stains and dirt, also strongly worn out. We’ve changed room, second one was more acceptable but far from good. Dirty bed is not acceptable.
When I called to make my reservations, I spoke with a lady named Anna, she had a very sweet personality. When I arrived at the hotel, (behold Anna was there) her personality met the type of person she is. She again greeted me with a warm smile and was ready to assist with my families needs. The rooms were comfortable and the other staff members were just as nice. Thank you Comfort for making my family and I feel welcome to your hotel.
Very nice and clean. Very welcoming reception was friendly and quick. Our suite was very nicely decorated bright and comfortable.. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Thanks for a restful stay.
We booked 2 rooms for a Saturday night. One room was okay, although the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It got hot several times through out the night. The other rooms had issues. It was not clear and ceiling tiles hanging down. The breakfast was really good. The location was in a questionable area. We felt safe inside of the hotel, but was not sure about our vehicles in the parking lot. Did not get much sleep due to the load people coming in really late and worrying about our cars outside. Staff very very nice. LC
Large rooms and comfy beds. Extremely helpful front desk at check in. A little hard to find the driveway. Bathroom and room were very clean, no odors. Coffee, microwave and fridge in room. A couple of reviews mentioned "sketchy" area, it isn't. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
After thousands of miles of travel and staying at dozens of hotels, we are always amazed when we find a good bed. Most of them sag on the TV watching side, are lumpy, or too soft. This hotel surprised us completely by having the absolutely best beds we have ever encountered. This is a major element of staying in any hotel because that's why travelers show up--they are tired from traveling. I wish every hotel in the U.S. would have the same beds in the same condition as those in this place. The buffet was average--the usual dry cereal and well-used waffle-iron. Cranberry juice was good, though!
