We stayed Friday and Saturday night. They were busy busy but so very friendly. The room was very fresh and clean. Mind you that Red Roof Inn is PET FRIENDLY!!! I worked at a shelter and even though we cleaned daily, there was always doggy odor. NO PET ODOR HERE, They clean with Ecolab !!! Their breakfast is simple, toast, pastries, cereal with fresh fruit. I originally made our reservations through an online site but had to cancel because we were running so late with traffic. The desk clerk was so awesome, I told when we 'should' arrive, we stayed in touch hourly, and she matched the online price!
The staff here is great, front desk personnel is awesome she( Ambra) recommended where to go in area , and she was so right, had stayed here before ( February 2022) and since it was good then I stayed 2 days this time July 26 and 27th . It was great clean room great bed and pet friendly at a reasonable price, entire staff was very nice, maids and other cleaning staff. Pool was nice . Will stay again next month.
Arrived to musty smell and dehumidifier in room, tried multiple rooms, significant mold in shower, on curtain and slimy handle in shower and dirty towel. There for an hour and had to get out for safety after not even finishing the shower. Told to call back for a refund in morning and never got one. Even escalated to franchise manager- no refund. Terrible experience and a military family just trying to PCS across the country and get a little rest. Had to go elsewhere for the night. Stay away! It’s a private franchise too. Not that it mattered but made it more difficult with the many phone calls we made to still not get money back for not spending night there. Lost our patronage to Res Roof Inn with all our future travels.
For the price you can’t beat it. Stay here often for work and my room is always clean and I haven’t had any issues. My only complaint would be that the breakfast spread could be improved. Other than that staff is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to return
Pros: it was a clean room, modern. The bed was really comfortable. It was spacious. Cons: broken outside door so had to walk around. Broken door handle in the bathroom. Broken elevator. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, white toast, tiny muffins, and oatmeal packs. Orange juice, milk and coffee were also provided.
We are a family from Houma, La. We evacuated to Red Roof Motel and it was a great experience. It was clean everyone showed real hospitality there. They treated us like family. That's was so important to us especially after going through what we went through. I will always recommend this motel. Thank you for your services.
Great place to stay with animals. The room were very clean they had an icebox and a microwave in the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if we ever need to evacuate again for a hurricane. Thanks you for putting a roof over our head when we needed one and taking in our dogs.
Im not satisfied and not recommended ! The hotel is new upgrade but the things they need to put your Aircon in lower temperature if not the floor lots of mist and its really wet i complain about it and said its normal because humidity outside but im freezing to death and water pressure is to slow especially the shower head again said its normal. The receptionist and the manager don’t know how to entertain their guests!
Everything about this Red Roof Inn Hwy 397 Lake Charles off Chloe/Cameron exit is awesome!! I had accidently made my reservation for wrong weekend but the desk clerk was so helpful she canceled the wrong dates put me in for those two days..(I canceled my booking.com dates). My stay was safe and totally clean. Restaurants close to hotel to eat from...Mexican from across the street Friday night fabulous food and Saturday afternoon food from Inlaws Iowa next exit east of hotel. Swimming pool great..loved every minute... This was 100/100...especially after I stayed at Bossier City Red Roof and it was horrible.
The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, staff does a good job cleaning. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Even though the hotel was not currently serving breakfast to guests because of Covid restrictions, they allowed our Missions Team to use the breakfast room each morning to have breakfast and team meeting time.
