Do not stay here! Unless you want to experience everything I mentioned below for yourself. Ok, this place should be use to one star rating by now so let me add another one. This hotel is currently being renovated and does not notify you before booking. We you pull in the parking lot the hotel is going to look abandoned, so be alarmed. When you walk in to check in the hotel will still look abandoned, so be alarmed again. So let’s talk about the rooms now. The room is ok looking, tv works, beds seem clean, couch seems clean. Here’s what comes with stay here. There’s a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so someone could literally get on the floor and see cleanly in your room. I tested on my own room. Also you can hear everything in the hallway like people talking, housekeeping playing music as they clean rooms, every time someone closes there door and even every time the elevator door opens and closes, what a treat. Also, yes there’s more. You can hear everything in the rooms next to yours like them having sex, you feel like your in the room with them it’s so clear. You can hear their tv and all the music they play. It’s great. Lol. I will never stay here again even if all the problems are fixed, I’ll never find out.…

Maybe the worst hotel I've ever stayed at: Where to begin? Rooms are tiny and that would be okay if this one was clean. It's not. Paint is peeling everywhere, there's mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Ice machine on second floor doesn't work. Furniture scuffed and stained. Coffee maker doesn't work. The breakfast promised on the site is closed and non-existent. No hot water only lukewarm. No hand towels.Two controls for the TV and no instructions. Gave up after 15 minutes Tried to call downstairs but the phone doesn't work -- I can hear them but they can't hear me. The best I could say is the AC works and the bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared clean, if stained. I would never stay here again and would be embarrassed to bring family here.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROACHES GREETED US AS WE WALKED IN. MASTY AS HELL. NOT EXAGGERATING. The front desk didn’t even argue. . as if they knew it was nasty. It smelled like urine. the carpets were so nasty you didn’t want to take your shoes off. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE. SHAME ON THEM.

Reserved a room for one night, really didn't want to stay that long. The condition of not the room but, the hotel overall is very poor. The room was dirty just like the rest of the hotel. There was a bad smell throughout the hotel. The bathroom was dirty, old soap stuck in the drain. Employees were not wearing masks. I would advise paying more and stay in one of the other hotels in the area. The pictures they have on the site are very old pictures, must be from when the hotel was new. Didn't deserve the one star.

OMG.. The hurricane should have destroyed this mess!!! I was afraid to use the bathroom, filthy carpet, rusty refrigerator, Completely gross.. sleep in your car..They should be charging 10 dollars.. BUSTED!!!

I was at the Anericas Best Suites today and overheard a Lady (homeless) who wanted to extend her stay for another night, but she had to go cash her check. The front desk clerk/mgr was heartless, mean, and lacked compassion and empathy. It appeared the lady was a regular vsitor. Its disheartening to hear your Hotel could not perform excellent service and make the last feel wanted and valued as a paying customer. I will no longer patronize this Chain . This hotel (and I use this term loosely), was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom floor was filthy, the shower barely spit water, the carpet was very worn, the mattresses were dirty (I always check for bed bugs), and we found mice droppings in a drawer. There were hanging hinges and no door on the wardrobe closet. And I don't know what they were thinking with the wall to wall mirror on the wall over the beds. There weren't enough towels and when we asked for more, we were given only one additional. If we hadn't been so tired from driving all day, we wouldn't have stayed.

The check was quick and friendly. The room was kind of small but still cozy and clean. It was a very pleasant stay. Easy to find off the interstate. Also, very secure. Very well lit parking lot but needs more parking spaces. All and all, a great visit.

Place was dirty. No irons or ow dryer in the room. Not enough towels for 2 people. Floors dirty. Breakfast was a joke...cereal, toast and watered down coffee. Again dirty for what you pay for! Would not recommend.

This was by far the worst hotel, or should I say motel, because that's what it is, that we have ever lodged. The bed had a huge sink in the middle, the tile in the middle of the tub was cracked and flaked, housekeeping did not bring fresh towels, or make made on neither night that we stayed there, and the carpets were filthy.The continental breakfast was a loaf of bread, two different cereals, coffee, and spoiled apple juice. I complained to management at the sight, then I emailed corporate, and finally the owner of the dump emailed back and said he wasn't going to refund me my entire amount for the two days because I refused his measly 20% discount rate on my next stay. There will not be another stay at this dump, it was a horrible experience. Management and the owner cares about making money not satisfying customers.…

In taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. However, We are a Company that goes above and beyond with our guest services. In this case we offer our guest an early check-in upon her arrival day by waiving early check-in fees. Our guest stayed 2 day not complaints were file until check out. Our policy is to move guest to another room that will make there stay comfortable. Upon complaint filed by our guest at check out we offer (1 offers,with a 15% off letter on her next stay at our branch. Unfortunately, our guest was not satisfy with our offer. Sincerely, Management
