Stayed here on business. Very close to the galleria and shopping areas. The highway setup makes it a little confusing getting in and out of the hotel by car. Once you are on the highway, it was relatively easy to get to Bourbon Street and other attractions in New Orleans proper. Hotel was either new or recently renovated, and I...

This hotel has just about everything you need in a mid level business or family hotel. Cafe was nice as was breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Not many places to walk to and eat. Definitely not a tourist area, plan on driving or getting a cab to any of the great restaurants in the area.

This hotel is generally good, located among a few tall buildings, a little tricky to exit out to main street.. Room was spacious and clean. Flat screen TV was kind of old, lost pictures and sound occasionally. I wish they can provide bottle water in room.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your most recent stay. We are always trying to improve on our facility as well as our service. I will make sure our engineering team knows that the televisions are starting to show some wear. We replaced all of our TV's a little over a year ago. So, I appreciate...

Recent quick trip to New Orleans. Courtyard Metairie is close to the Airport, a few blocks from restaurant on Veterans Blvd. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful, the rooms were clean and bed comfortable. If you are interested in the French Quarter or CBD, you'll be @ least 20 minutes away.

I enjoy this property. Much cheaper than staying in the tourist parts of town, perfect for business. Good food options close by. It's all nice and updated, everything you expect from a Courtyard. Was there for work at Tulane, also close by.
