We used the RV resort and it was very nice. Back in and pull through concrete pads, with full hookups. Plenty of space between units, and well landscaped. Laundry facilities were kept very clean and maintained. The front staff was very nice and helpful with things in the area.

Traveling solo across the country in an RV not often do you look out with such a great stop! The staff was incredible the property easy to maneuver, incredible amenities and beautiful. What a great stop. Maybe next time through I'll actually have time to fish in the little pond and enjoy the adult pool which looked fabulous.

Super clean, well laid out and maintained campground. The best campground on our trip from Canada thus far. The family pool was well planned for little ones, and the playground was great. The staff were very friendly, as well. 5 star all around!

I loved the park there, was a lady whom I thought was the park manager but in turned out, I later found out she was only the front desk clerk Connie. She told me I she was Regina and clearly was not One of the other guests told me I had a leak and Ms. Regina came to assist personally. I do not recommend this park as long as they have people that deceive the public in this manner.

This is one of my most favorite resorts to stay at while living on the road, out of our 5th wheel, for my husbands work! It is by far the nicest, cleanest, safest, pet friendly, and family friendly resorts in about a 45-50 mile radius! The entire staff is so kind and eager to help no matter what it is that you may be needing or want! The manager, Regina, is so hardworking and never ceases to amaze me in how much of her own heart she puts into her job! Connie, one of the front desk ladies, is so kind and passionate about her job and is always ready to help in any way possible! Kasandra, the main housekeeper, takes her job very seriously and always makes sure the rooms are clean and above average! Mr. David and Gabe, some of the maintenance workers, go above and beyond to make sure this park stays looking it’s best! All the concrete sites are clean and spacious, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the pools are definitely a great amenity to have! The pond is newly stocked, I’m pretty sure my son caught his biggest ever, all by himself , blue cat in the pond here! It weighed right around 30 lbs! Our whole family enjoys it here and we love that we get to call this place home for a little while!

Beautifully kept grounds, all sites have concrete pads. Sites have picnic table on a pad and grill. Pull through and back ins, all have water/electric/sewer and appear to have cable tv. There are 2 pools, one is adults only with hot tub. There is a motel available, bathroom is nice and well kept.

We stayed here for 3+ weeks with 4 kids & 4 dogs. We checked prior to booking for a dog limit & other than the hotel, there was none. The website advertises a dog run area. Upon arrival we were informed it blew down in Hurricane Laura 2 years prior & they were NOT going to fix/replace it. This was a big draw for us bring that we had 4 dogs. The sites are paved, which is nice, but not a ton of room between. After being there for a week we were told we could only have 2 dogs and to “reread the policies”. I did reread them, & the pamphlet they gave me on check in stated “motel only” for a 2 dog limit. We had other issues as well, which the manager didn’t directly kick us out over, but it was like walking on eggshells. Our one dog who needs to run (hence the reason we needed a dog run area) got loose once & I was told “nipped” someone. Now mind you, it’s NOT OK for our dog to get loose or nip, but accidents do happen. After that we were given 2 hours to remove the dog from the park. Luckily, our son was able to keep him so we could comply. Our son has 7 children 0-14 & this dog never once nipped or attempted to nip when they met them for the first time, so I’m not 100% sure how someone got “nipped”. Our kids DID make a mess with Nerf Darts & when I found out from the manager, I was very upset with the kids & I made our kids clean them up plus ALL the trash that was on or around the playground. The trash didn’t belong to us, but my kids were the “culprit” according to the manager. Even after cleaning up extra things (I had my kids pick up every piece of trash as they walked the dogs & they always brought things back) they continued to state our site was a mess and we had X amount of time to clean it up. They kept saying there was poop left after our dogs & yet my husband & I were the ones going behind our kids who walk the dogs & checking. It seemed they just wanted us out & we’re looking for reasons to finally do so. We were ever so glad to leave there! I’ve never had such bad experience in an RV park & IF they had posted a 2 dog limit, we would NEVER have booked with them to begin with. It’s $750/month there. Down the street is $350-$450. They do have 2 pools (family & adult only) but being it was winter, no one was swimming, so this wasn’t a draw for the price. We THOUGHT the price difference would be a higher caliber park, but that was NOT the case. Don’t stay here if you have more than 2 dogs or kids.

The RV park is behind the motel. Check-in at the motel office was courteous and friendly. There was some confusion after we set up. Another RVer showed up and said we were in their site. He wasn’t happy that we wouldn’t move but it wasn’t our mistake. The person that checked us in accidentally put us in the wrong site. Oh well. Mostly long term but their sites are neat and tidy. The interior roads and sites are concrete which is great. They could be a bit wider and longer. We had to park the toad in extra parking as it wouldn’t fit in the site. There was also a picnic table on a concrete pad. Out pull thru site was mostly level – it was just a bit low in the back. There is decent spacing between sites but no privacy. The water spigot is insulated, and the sewer is in a recessed concrete space which is nice. They are very specific about how the sewer hose is placed – it is not allowed on the grass. They also pick up trash at your site in the morning which is always appreciated. WiFi works really well … when it works. You get dropped a lot. Satellite shouldn’t be a problem. There are many startling, loud, souped up pickup trucks inside and outside the park. A huge Citgo plant is a couple miles away, and it seems many workers live here. Trains can be heard off in the distance sometimes more obvious than others. Oddly, a couple of times we had people talking right next to our RV early in morning 6ish. What the?!?!? Our site was also right by a speed bump that didn’t slow anyone down. It just made an ear-splitting sound as they banged their car/RV/truck over it. We would stay here again for a night despite all the noise – although we’d ask for a site away from the overlooked speed bump.

On short notice we booked a month to stay at the RV park. Pleased we found thisRV Park, very clean and well maintained, the staff are very responsive and helpful. Large concrete pads and patios as well as large driveways. Recommend staying here, awesome value with two pools a hot tub, fish stocked lake, BBQ pavilion and well maintained grounds. Many appear to be long term stays working in the area so the park is very quiet. Rouses grocery store close by.

The manager there now is very Rude. We have been in our spot for 9 months now and she asked us to pack up what we have stored in RV and move 2 spots over. We have spoken highly of the RV park until now. The washers are disgusting and need to be replaced. The hot tub doesn’t work and Everyone drives very fast and I worry about all the children and families. If they would focus on improving things rather than just try to make people’s life miserable it would be a Great place to stay. Definitely need better management. Someone that knows public relations and not so dry and rude. Would not recommend staying here. Lake Charles parks are much better.
