The staff here is AWFUL and doesn't communicate with each other. There is rarely EVER a person at the front desk. You ring the bell and call the two numbers from the phone in the exterior of the lobby or the hotel number from your cell phone and nobody answers. And what type of an extended stay hotel has lobby hours that end at 8pm? That's not right! I went to the front desk and asked for somebody to come empty my trash. I was told that they would get somebody to go do it while I was outside with my service dog. NOBODY came to empty the trash. Later on, I went to ask for some new washcloths and towels. The manager, Patrina, was EXTREMELY rude! She said that I didn't ask for my trash to be emptied. This was a HUGE LIE. Just because her staff doesn't communicate, it doesn't mean that I didn't do something. I was out in the lobby waiting lots with other people who wanted to check in because they had reservations and nobody would be at the front desk. Patrina was very nasty and lied to one of my friends, too! She said that I took the elevator up to the fourth floor and urinated up on the floor and then came down. I did go up to the foruth floor because my little service dog likes elevator rides. I had come in FROM THE RAIN. Of course there was liquid on my transport wheelchair! She was also very rude about my friends not being able to get me all moved in right away. I had to get there QUICKLY one night. I have A LOT of stuff because I've been living in hotels since Hurricane Laura as it damaged my home and insurance stopped paying so I have a lawyer that has filed a suit against them. Instead of just listening to me and understanding my problem, she yells at me about "the condition of the room." My friends came over the next day and all they had to do was move a few containers that I, as a disabled person who uses a transport wheelchair, has a broken collarbone, and is healing from something incompetent doctors did to me which is going to take months, can't reach high can't do by myself. Patrina NEVER said the same thing twice, either. First, she tells me that I am going to have to leave, so I'm looking for a place. Then she says that things are okay. Then I ask her again and she tells me that I still have to leave and they ar just being lenient with me so I'm not kicked out on the street. Even my friends had thought things were okay. One time, ants came into my room after a rain. They had to COME INTO MY ROOM FROM OUTSIDE. The young man, Immanuel, was great and let me sleep in a different room for the night, but there was still a HUGE LACK of communication. Patrina has a fit at me going, "What are you doing in this room?" Then, when I asked her if I could get ready (normal stuff like take a shower), she goes, "What do you MEAN GET READY?" At least she let me take a shower. She was ALWAYS very rude to me. That's NOT how you treat a guest, somebody who is PAYING to stay at a hotel. It's not like I'm some rock star trashing the hotel room. I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to have my recliner since my collarbone is broken and I need to sit up for it to be able to heal. She was very rude when I just ASKED about having the recliner and moving things around. She yelled at me about the bed blocking the window. The ADA shower is also terrible. While it is roll-in, there is no little lip and no drain in the bathroom floor itself, so that the water all sprays out of the shower no matter how careful you are and then it will even leak out of the bathroom into the room and out of the room and into the hallway. Housekeeping NEVER comes when it was said they would come. The hotel itself is NOT ADA friendly. The doors are not sliding automatic doors and do not have a push button for handicapped people. Signs do not have braille nor any audio options (I know audio is rare, but braille is not). So, bad staff; bad communication; not ADA accessible; a rude, nasty and lying manager that only wants to get her way; many more problems at this place.…

Peaceful stay, clean room, friendly staff and close to restaurants and stores. Pets are accepted and there is a pet area for them as well. Everyone there was very helpful and concerned. I will be back again!
