Stayed Days Inn Sulphur LA from 11-14 to 11-17 very positive with the help of the staff and accommodation. PATRICK,Connie front desk , Mrs Tinker General Manger plus the Maids were there for all our needs. Do have a couple of strong suggestions one my wife wears contacts and hard taking them out over sink when has no stopper , the room had carpet which was good hard floors slip easy and as seniors appreciate not having them. Appriciat3d having dresser draws to unpack since staying for few days pain living out of a suitcases. Make strong recommendations to keep dressers in some rooms for longer then one or two days stay. Looking forward to staying there next year when passing threw
The stay was great had a good time met some really nice people here and were always willing to help are see what they could do to make my stay more comfortable I can't express enough how much I enjoyed the staff
Even as rebuilding would excuse the outside mess - it doesn’t excuse the pubic hairs all in bathroom, no exterior security, people outside window all night having a party, people hanging out in the parking lot constantly. Avoid if you like your hotels to feel safe or clean.
Wonderful staff and great hospitality.. granted every request on time and did a great job definitely will recommend this place .. especially if you are on a budget .. ask for ms.tracie she will help you out best as possible
I had been thinking of putting the review but didn't get time. I am amazed with how well a budget hotel can run. Supposedly they have the new management and new owners which are really trying to upgrade and make the experience pleasant for their guest. Still work in progress - but i was very satisfied.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, anything that I needed for the room they helped me quickly. They had a few issues with the room but I was staying in the suite that they were doing some remodeling. I am easy to please anyways. Had fun in the pool with my family.
It's been an amazing stay, the pool the breakfast the staff everything's is just up to expectations, there is always someone available for help and pool is pretty much clean and maintained very nicely
Please do not book this hotel. First the title is misleading. This is a run down days inn BY Wyndham not owned/run by Wyndham. Driving up to the location I thought it was closed due to the outside appearance. Such a run down hotel. Walking into the office there were so many questionable people hanging out in the lobby. I was seriously scared for my life just being at the location. I did look at the room and wow! How disgusting! I would sleep in my car before laying on this bed. I booked through Priceline (my fault) and didn’t get the refundable reservation (my fault). I booked at a Fairless Marriott which is amazing. So if you enjoy bugs, sketchy people and a hotel that’s falling apart then this is your hotel.
its an amazing place for family or friends day out, we loved the breakfast specially the waffles and bathrooms were clean, the rooms were great too. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. They were always ready to help. Totally recommend this place.
Great service awesome people , they helped me get my stuff back when I left it in the hotel. The front desk went out the way to get me my stuff and I’m really excited to see that they helped . Awesome work !
