Nervous because obviously an older property but I was pleasantly surprised. Free hot breakfast----not much of a selection----but the lady was nice and helped me out with my kids. Really treated us like her family. Almost like being in my grandma's kitchen again. Rooms definitely dated but spotless. Couldn't figure out how to work the tv with the playstation but the manager came up immediately and fixed it for us. She even taught my son a new trick for his game. Rest of the staff just as friendly. Everyone smiles and says good morning no one hesitated to help anytime I needed something, and with three kids, I needed a lot. Hopefully you never have to visit Sulphur, there's not much to do. But if you have to then this is a great place to stay for a fair price.

We had to give this place another chance because our swim team was staying the. Glad to say it was our last. The staff were more friendly but the rooms were old and dirty with stains on the walls, bathroom and bed skirt. Breakfast was standard. Soo glad we don’t have to #Sulphur” again

Quality Inn, like some brands with other chains, can be hit and miss. There were pro’s and con’s. Is appealing to the eye when you drive up as was the lobby. I was allowed early check-in which was appreciated. It was quiet for the most part, seems like a lot of plant workers staying here. Room smell musty and felt damp when I entered. Walked over to turn a/c down, and there was a pine tree air freshener on the vent blowing out. Threshold going into bathroom was broken and moved if stepped on. Rust on shower curtain rod and mounts for toilet seat. Yellow stains around base of toilet. Went to sit on couch and there was dried mud on one side. Breakfast offered eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, but needed to be put in the microwave as it was tepid at best, which is not that big of a deal. Better than cereal only. I have stayed at several area Inn’s, and by comparison, average for this stay. Will lonely try again and see if I just hit a bad day.…

So happy to stay again at the Quality Suites in Sulphur! There are obviously lots of hotels in this area, but you can't beat Quality Suites for the price and the caliber of service. This place is run by seriously nice folks who will take good care of you during your stay. The rooms are big enough for my large family, which travels with a LOT of luggage. I appreciate that we can bring all our stuff in and still have enough room to relax and stretch out. Everything is clean, breakfast is great, and the price is right. Why would you stay anywhere else in town?

After driving 7 hours my family was exhausted! We had tried a few other hotels between Lake Charles and Sulphur and everyone was so rude. Instead of calling I went into Quality Inn and was greeted by Hailey. She explained they didn’t have any double bed availability but then suddenly she was surprised to see one room available. She immediately got us in so we could get some sleep. Only downfall of the room was it was so hot and the sheets felt wet. Once we turned on the ac it cooled off quickly and instead of complaining about the wet sheets we just went to sleep. Decent room for what we paid for and good customer service.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago on June 7th with my children. The front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. I had gotten the more expensive room with the Jacuzzi tub. Well the stopper was broken in the tub so we could not use it. I called the front desk and was instantly moved to a room next door with a working tub. The front desk attendant even brought me the new keys to the third floor. The room was very big and clean. We found it very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and fresh with a good variety. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, daughter and grandchildren came for an overnight stay. We visited the local waterpark and came back to Quality Suites for the night. The room was excellent, clear and smelled fresh. Breakfast was offered the next morning, which allowed us to eat and head to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

T at the front desk was excellent. Room was good and clean but the faucet was loose in the tub. Overall a great stay and reasonable price. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage patties and links gravy biscuits waffles.

Rooms being updated, appears some may still be in process. Looks like some of the fixtures may be older, but finishes and many items updated. No complaints for a couple nights when in town for work. Good value compared to others in area.
