This Plantation was amazing for a wedding weekend. The bride and groom booked the entire resort for their guests, so we had an incredible time with us all being together. The place is gorgeous and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend for a wedding!

All around the stay was an amazing experience. The bar tender needs to make sure and charge the same amount every time. I ordered a bottle of wine paid and then went back got the same bottle and she charged me more the second time.

It was almost like going back to the plantation era and living in it. /we had one of the master bedrooms which immersed you into what the plantation had been. The restaurant was very attractive, the food excellent, but the service was not world class.

We loved staying in the main house and the tremendous hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the incredible food at the restaurant. And the tour with Julie was insightful, evocative, and highly entertaining!

A relaxing and comfortable stay after 3 days in New Orleans. Our room in one of the cottages, facing the pond, was very tastefully furnished, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Dinner and breakfast excellent and with an incredible view over the garden.

We had dinner at the Mansion Restaurant and also breakfast the next morning. The food was SPECTACULAR. My husband had the seafood gumbo and it was one of the best things we've...

Everything about Nottoway is exceptional. The grounds with the giant oak and other trees are beautiful. The house itself is the best and biggest one I have ever seen and the tour guide points out all of the history to give you the real feel of plantation life. Every person on the staff truly exhibits "Southern hospitality" at its finest. Arlene...

We stayed in the Mansion. Very large bedroom with access to the other rooms in the main house. The property is quite beautiful. The tour of the Mansion was great. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of free parking. An easy drive to Baton Rogue. A little over an hour to New Orleans.

It was an excellent experience to stay and dine in this beautiful setting near the Mississippi River. It was very relaxing, quiet and informative, as well. We never had to leave the area to recreation and dining.

I have stayed here four times now and I absolutely love it! I've stayed in the main house, carriage house and twice in the cottages, the rooms are always clean and the service is excellent. I will continue to stay here every chance I get.
