Wonderful hosts, comfortable room, beautiful breakfast room. Priory Lodge has a great location just steps away from South Queensferry waterfront shops, including great restaurants with huge windows for viewing the iconic Forth Rail Bridge. Thank you Gordon and Calmyn!
Warm welcome on arrival, I had a ground floor room which was lovely and clean with everything you could want. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Good location just off the High Street. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Hi, Yes.This B&B is situated 12 miles from Edinburgh but there is a great rail link , very frequent trains right into the city centre 15-20 minute journey. There are also good buses but it is a 40 minute journey. The train is only 4.60 GBP day return. It is a good option because car parking in the city can be a problem. The little town of South Queensferry is situated right under the Forth bridge - great views and there are lots of places to eat along the seafront. Look up Orrocco Pier restaurant which is less than 2 minutes walk, or Hawes Inn--5 minutes .There is a nice Indian restaurant 1 minute walk and a chinese across the road---and several more. I hope this helps.
