Until they get the water pressure situation fixed..do NOT stay there. We were there a couple days before Christmas..hotel maybe half full at best. Water pressure in the shower was good for about 5 minutes, then non existent. Took two showers and water stopped both times. Just a dribble at best. Absolutely unacceptable!! No price adjustments were offered! On the plus side, hotel was very clean. Some staff very attentive, others not so much!! Breakfast was great first day, ran out at 9 second day. Had to go to front desk to get cook to come and refill. Not good! Pool was closed even though it was 75 degrees. Beds were good, ac worked great!! Get that water fixed!! Many reviews complained about the same thing. Can't blame lack of water on Covid!!

If I could give this place negative stars or none, I would. DO NOT stay here! We stayed for a softball tournament this weekend. Upon checking in, everyone was very nice and friendly. Friday night we did not have great water pressure, but it was good enough to shower. By Saturday, when we arrived back at 10 p.m., our room had no water at all other than from the sink. We asked and the desk and were told they knew this was a problem because this always happens when the hotel was full and there was nothing that they could do about it. They told us to come back in the morning at 6 a.m. when the assistant general manager would be there. We also had two families who killed a minimum of 10 roaches in their room, but the hotel staff did not seem very concerned about this either. On Sunday, after the majority of the hotel was out of water, they told us we had to wait until Monday to have this resolved. When we called on Monday, the general manager, Debbie was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in costumer service. Instead of being apologetic about this disgusting situation, she basically said it was not that bad and we could have left and went somewhere else. She then proceeded to hang up on me. After speaking with other families from a total of 3 teams, she treated them with the same level of disrespect and had zero customer service or empathy for what was a really miserable situation. She offered a $25 refund, but said only if I did not call corporate. We also were told we would be charged $95 a night and were instead charged $105, while other families were charged $126. If you notice on the reply, their answer is you could have left. That is not a solution at 10 pm at night and does not excuse your general manager from being rude and downright disrespectful to customers. It also does not excuse your hotel from charging a price that is not what was originally advertised. Customer service and being kind and understanding is easy. No manager in charge of anywhere should treat customers this way. If you read the reviews from months ago, they had the same water problem and bug problem that they ignored and never fixed.

We got to our room and the first thing I noticed was the mirror was broken and the curtains were stained, but no big deal, I probably would have let that slide until I checked the beds. When I pulled back the sheets, there were hairs all over them and dirty spots. So, I went in the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap. I looked in the shower and there was used soap and a dirty rag in the tub. When I walked back out of the bathroom, I noticed pills on the floor. We got our things and went to the front desk and asked for another room. The clerk apologized and gave us another room. When we went to the new room, there were no pillowcases on the pillows! At this point I just laughed and went back to the front desk and got some pillowcases. At least the new room was clean. Breakfast was ok. The biscuits and gravy were really good and the staff was friendly. The breakfast and the staff are why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

When you walk into the hotel, the staff is NEVER behind the desk, and NEVER greets you. They are ALWAYS watching tv, playing on their phones, or sleeping on the couch. I had my brother and my daughter with me in my room for a couple of days, so I asked for a cot. They said they didnt have one. I said "ok, then can I have a spare comforter". they said " we dont have any" (when there were only about four guests that night). So i said "ok, then can I have a some spare pillows?".... "We dont have any". " "Ok, can I talk to a manager?" "He's not here, but I'll have him call you back (one day later) "Hey, the manager never called me, may I speak to him?" "He's not here, but Ill have him call you back" (another day later) "Hey, the manager never called me, may I speak to him?" "He's not here, but Ill have him call you back" (yet another two days later) "I am scheduled to stay here for work for months at a time. This is basically going to be my home, and I AM paying this hotel alot of money for my stay. and it kind of seems like you dont want me here. This isnt the only hotel in this city, and if you dont want me here, then I dont want to be here. Id like for the manager to call me." "We will let him know" (Next day) " I'm checking out, cancel the rest of my 45 night stay" "Can I ask why you are cancelling?" "You can, but I'm pretty sure the manager doesnt exist, so Im not even going to go into it"

The pool is always locked no matter what the time is, the front desk staff is very rude, our key card did not work majority of the time I was there, the restroom was not cleaned properly, and there was someone else’s hair on the sheets. It was definitely not worth the stay.
