Clean and comfortable. Located close to the I95 and close to shopping including Target and Walmart. Bathroom was small and dated but very clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot more variety than you find at some of the larger chains. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
We always stop at Bangor Inn on our way to Machiasport but this year I needed a quiet place to work for the day after spending the night. Ursula and the staff could not have been more accommodating nor could I have found a more comfortable spot with good wifi. They could not have known but they saved the day for me. All that and a great breakfast too!

We are always budget conscious, and choose the least expensive hotel options. We had a really bad experience at the cheapest place, so we started looking. Bangor Inn and Suites was about $15 more than the other place. However, the wonderful breakfast saved us about $30, so, we came out ahead. It is a bit outdated, but the cleanliness and customer service is top notch. All of the staff has been kind and professional. Now, about that breakfast. Coming from the west, I had never had scrambled eggs with baked beans for breakfast. But I’m willing to try new things. I’m so glad I did. The hot breakfast was wonderful Of course, they also have the normal fare as well: bagels, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal,etc. over all it has been a fantastic experience.

This is an old-school independent two-story motel near the Bangor Mall that is kept immaculately clean, with very comfortable beds and on the second floor at least, very quiet rooms (I've only stayed on the second floor). Nice breakfast too and the price is right. I'd stay there again happily.

My niece and I were invited to a graduation at the University of Maine in Orono Maine. We needed a nice place to stay while we were there. We book a room at Bangor Inn & Suites. What a great place to stay! the people were so friendly and courteous and the general manager by the name of Terry was such a pleasant, polite and respectful lady and I can't say enough nice things about her. Our room was nice, the beds were comfortable and not to mention the fluffy pillows. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was delicious. Thanks again Terry for being such a wonderful host. Excellent place to stay. We were there for only one night but would definitely stay here when in the area. Close to restaurants,airport and shopping. The staff was very friendly treating us southerners just like family. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend Bangor Inn & Suites!

The room we had was clean, quiet and reasonably priced with a discount offered for medical visits to the area. The outstanding feature is the "eat all you want" breakfast with everything you could possibly want including very pleasant, personable wait staff. The people who work at the front desk are also very courteous and helpful.

The most helpful and friendly ppl I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Beautiful big breakfast free. Very comfy beds. One week free parking and free shuttle to airport with very nice driver, Tim. Plus free pickup at airport when you get back. Older hotel but very clean and close to airport., shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends

We stayed overnight on our way to catch a flight the next day and our experience was fantastic!!!! We left our vehicle for the week and it was well taken care of! They even shoveled off the snow and cleared a path on each side of our vehicle to the doors!!! Outstanding! They provide shuttle service to and from the airport as well!!! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was awesome!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the gals working the breakfast were super!!! The front desk staff were also excellent!!! We will stay there every time!!!

The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was IMMACULATELY CLEAN 🫧!! ITS a bit DATED BUT OLD SCHOOL QUAINT. The shower was awesome, good water pressure! Great free breakfast and friendly anove and beyond crew. Olive garden and target around the conrner, bamgorall across the street. I recommend this place of you're staying in Bangor.
