We hesitate to say how perfect Ann's Point is, lest we be unable to book a room there again next year. And yet, this inn and the innkeepers who are the perfect hosts, deserve all the accolades they receive. First the setting: gorgeous and quiet, water views from every window, a blue heron here, a bunny rabbit there, hummingbirds at...

I often think about writing reviews, but rarely get around to it. But this B&B is so deserving of accolades that I couldn't miss the chance to add mine. This is my second night, and I am sitting in front of the fireplace in my large lavish room (Eagle's Nest) eating the homemade oatmeal raisin cookies that were left in...

This beautiful inn is immaculate and has every amenity one would hope for in a 5 star hotel but has the intimacy of an inn. The breakfasts are unique and delicious, wine and cheese tasting is a lovely late afternoon touch and to top off your day are warm cookies in your room before bedtime. Alan and Jeanette are the...

We stayed at Ann's Point Inn for 4 nights at the end of June. We loved everything about the Inn. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated with a huge two person jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The view from our room of the Sound was gorgeous. Alan and Jeanette could not have been better hosts. We loved the nightly wine...

magnificent location, beautiful accommodation, superb facilities, lovely food etc, etc, etc. Lovely welcoming hosts: Jeannette really knows her way round the kitchen but is very quiet; Alan knows where the cheese and wine is and makes up for Jeanette's quietness. Yes it's expensive, but one gets what one pays for and Anne's point is indeed value for money.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October in the Eagles Nest room which was very spacious , quiet and comfortable with lovely bay views. It makes a good base from which to visit Acadia NP and other local attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and imaginative and we enjoyed our stay.

Ann's Point is by far the best lodging we've ever experienced in all our travels. And this includes both luxury hotels and inns all around the world. We loved our time there and plan to return -- again and again. Our room, The Blue Heron, was beautifully appointed, very spacious with a great lounge chair plus other comfortable chairs &...

Wonderful room, grounds, and service. We stayed in the Blue Heron room and loved it. Fabulous breakfasts, quickly custom-tailored to our preferences, and warm cookies at bedtime. We enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay.

My husband and two other couples took at trip to Maine and we spent two nights in Bass Harbor at Ann's Point Inn. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back. Our room was spacious and very comfortable (Mallards Haven). It had a large shower and a separate large tub. The bed and linens were divine. The...

Our 4th time here did not disappoint. As to be expected, Darlings Jeanette & Alan were perfect hosts and we spent the week in suprime comfort with the best breakfasts and cocktail hour anywhere. Because of its small size, the inn feels like a private club.
