My wife and I just completed a brief stay in Bath on our way up the Maine coast. The Pryor House did not disappoint. This three bedroom B&B is a beautiful two century old home overlooking the water. As with any B&B, the stay is only as good as the host. Gwenna was superb! She welcomed us warmly upon check...

Such a beautiful home and the extra touches to make guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. Little treats that the owner makes, fresh breakfast every day and coffee anytime. The reading room- it is all so elegantly done and the conversation and owner is just a beautiful person. I would stay here everytime I traveled.

We stayed in the Captain's room. It was a large, and lovely room with a king bed and private bath. It was very clean and comfortable. The house is nearly 200 years old and very charming. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed chatting wtih Gwenda, the proprietor. I would definitely stay here again.

The Pryor House in Bath, ME met & exceeded our persnickety expectations. Owner Glenda and her husband were wonderful hosts, rooms were large, comfortable and wonderfully decorated appropriate to the history of this 1850's style house. Breakfasts were excellent with attention to our palate and needs. Walking to Main St, great drives to Boothbay Harbor. Loved it. (Downside it was...

Traveled to Bath for a family wedding. I am a native and this house reminded me of why I love Maine. Great hostess, wonderful rooms, exceptional breakfasts, especially the eggs Florentine. I especially liked the way Gwenda sat with us at the end of breakfast, very nice way to connect. Would definitely recommend!

Really lovely setting and home! Pretty room. Definitely had our own privacy, not an intrusive B&B experience in any way. Delicious breakfast. The proprietress was very nice, genuine, and had a beautiful smile. The river is across the street and you can catch a glimpse. This neighborhood is breathtaking, with fabulous architecture, very treed, quaint (we are from the California...

The owners have thought of every detail to make Pryor House B and B a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the decor was aesthetically pleasing and nostalgic, the homemade breakfasts were so tasty with different flavors each morning. We stayed in the Tall Chimney Room. The whirlpool tub was very relaxing and the bathroom floor was memorably shiny clean....

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Pryor House in Bath, Me. Our hostess, Glenda, was awesome and one of the best chefs we've experienced at a B & B. A very cheerful person who made our stay delightful. The room and grounds were immaculate. Will stay there again given the opportunity. Opportunity
