I don't get all these rave reviews on this site about this place. The bathroom was litterally filthy, scum all around the corners, and the trim around the tub was warped and dirty. Bedding was beautiful on the king size bed, antique cathode ray TV tube with limited channels. Good wifi reception. Dirty carpet in room. Alot of street noise...

My husband and I along with another couple take cross-country ski weekends every January & February and find ourselves returning to the Sudbury Inn often. After a day out on the trails, we love having our breakfasts and dinners in one place. The service and food are top notch in the restaurant upstairs and we always have our more casual...

If you're looking for luxury, you ought to look elsewhere. The accomodations here are very no frills, but the experience overall is quite good. We spent the weekend here and skied everyday at Sunday River. The inn is in a very convenient location and the drive to the resort is quick and easy. If you're looking for a place to...

We stayed at the Sudbury Inn 22 years ago, WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! The reception and staff were exceptional, as soon as you walk through the front door, you know you are in the right place. The rooms, #2 & 7 were quaint and clean. The resturant was four star, excellent service and food the ambiance was perfect for an Inn....

Just got back from another great ski trip to Sunday River and my stay at Sudbury Inn. Again, the food and room accomodations were great as in the past 20 years of staying at the Inn. In reading some of the negative reviews such as no heat.....really! sometimes a furnace will malfunction and all it takes is a call to...

First I want to say that we recieved service above and beyond. I had purchased a gift certificate at an auction in 2006. I lost it until this year. They honored the certificate without hestiation. I realize that this situation is not pertinent to other visitors however, I believe this is just one example of the kind of service people...

We just returned from a 2 night stay. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable despite the fact we are in the midst of foliage season. Free breakfast was wonderful. Room was very clean. This is my third stay and I will absolutely stay again.

Spent a few days in Bethel over the course of thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. We scanned the city for lodging and blindly stumbled upon the Sudley Inn. What a wonderful find. This was definitely the best place I stayed along the entire Appalachian trail. The restaurant at the Inn is quite fancy but the prohibition-style basement pub has a...
