Not family friendly. At the lobby door I was greated by three smokers who wouldn't move for the kids just kept puffin. We got checked into a room that was not even cleaned yet. After that they got us into another room that was full of flies. I'll gladly post a photo if they'd let me. Then at 815 am... More

Stayed here for 2 nights The hotel was cold. The food not very nice either, staff not bad, 52 of us turned up on Newmarket holiday, they wasnt, prepared for us, had hardly any staff on. They had a beautiful open fire in the lounge, but never lit it. A very unwelcoming hotel. The bar was rubbish, situated in the... More

This was our 4th summer vacation at this resort, and we will be back again. The pool and hot tub are definitely a drawing feature, but not the only reason we choose this location. The included breakfast for 2 each morning was a great way to start off the day. The food was always delicious with friendly service. While the... More

The property is quite nice and clean. The grounds are next to a ski slope so the views are great. The pool area is nice and well maintained. The one problem we had was the extra expense for cleaning. We had a studio unit which cost us an extra $200 for cleaning. We were never told about this expense until... More

Great location, absolutely fabulous and helpful staff, great vegan and vegetarian options in the Club restaurant. Very nice rooms (with a noisy AC). Great location for treks, conferences, kayaking and archery (by LL Bean). Best choice for holiday/visit/conference.

I spent five days at the hotel for an academic conference during the summer and the whole experience was fantastic. Not only were the staff absolutely helpful and friendly, but the food was really incredible with lots of options for people with various dietary preferences. I wasn't sure what to expect since we were staying at a ski hotel in... More

After staying at this hotel 10 years ago when is was very new, all I can say now is this is a property in decline. We came on a Stay and Play for golf and while the price is good, be prepared for the basics. The hotel bar was taken by some kind of party, the restaurant looks like a... More

Just ok. Parking is a little difficult with most parking quite a ways from the hotel. The a.c. units in the room was very loud. The room was neat and clean with comfortable furnishings a a very comfortable bed. It wouldn't be my first choice if we go back

My husband and I stayed her one night for the River Rock Festival. The studio room was nice and their included buffet breakfast was the best we have been too. We are looking forward to going again next year.
